they are scammers

I sold an item on ebay and buyer gave this company as address. Item was supposedly returned but never arrived back. I would be very careful about sending anything to this company.

It's takes two weeks until my parcel finally arrived. I was expect quicker than this, but with what we are dealing with Covid situation at present, I would say it's acceptable, keep up.

Save time and money

I needed my delivery urgently and requested this. It was delivered in the quickest possible time and I could sense the urgency from the staff concerned. They almost seemed as anxious as I was. They were courteous and efficient. An excellent service.

Horrible company, complete liar, do not trust them whatever they say. I sent 10 parcels via 51parcel, the parcels were sent out at the beginning of December 2018 and it is not 8th Feb 2019, 10 weeks after I dropped my parcels at 51parcel's and 5 of my parcels are just in the middle of nowhere, I have no clue where they are or what will 51parcel do will them. These parcels are worth £2500 altogether and I do not even know whether they are still with 51parcel, whether 51parcel has lost them, whether any items has been lost or stolen from my parcels, whether I will be able to ever see my parcels again and if that is possible at all, when will i see them. This company is absolutely useless and disappointing and they just dont do anything, they just dont make any effort to deliver the services they promised to their customers. They will never contact you unless you contact them first, and in most cases they will just disappear at some point and don't get reply your emails any more. 51parcel keeps lying too. They keeps saying "oh yeah our domestic delivery partenrs are closed for public holidays" "oh yeah our international delivery partners are closed for public holidays""oh yeah the Chinese custom is closed for public holidays". ALL THESE ARE LIES, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE STATEMENTS ARE LIES, 51PARCEL'S PARTNERS AND THE CHINESE CUSTOM POSTED ONLINE THAT THEY WILL KEEP OPERATING THROUGHOUT THE PUBLIC HOLIDAY PERIOD, 51PARCEL JUST KEEPS LYING ALL THE TIME THINKING NO ONE WILL REALIZE THEY ARE ACTUALLY LIERS. 51parcel's customer service team contradicts itself all the time too, customer assistant A says something different from customer assistant B and what B said is different from what Customer assistant C said, and you just dont know who and what to trust. So never, ever, ever use 51parcel, unless you want to have items worthing £2500 being somewhere you don't know and you never know when will you ever see them again.
