This shop takes your money, and they're gone. You will never receive the order. No one responds, so I had to file the claim with my bank.

SCAM - Avoid, will nto get product ordered, the enquiries email is fake so you can't even chase it up

They cancelled my purchase a few weeks after buying this item.

Order a ring that was listed as 375 hallmarked real 9ct gold it came 4 days after the day it was ment to emailed them and asked where it is they said it should be here by Monday and will add free gifts never got free gifts and the ring is 925 hallmarked marked not real gold and never was able to get refund

Wasn’t what I ordered and even though it was a more expensive one than I ordered I was cheap and the chain had been patched together with bigger links in one place unable to be hidden.

Never got my refund, Stuart! Stuart David Pearce is a scamming weasel.

Paid for 9ct gold 375 hall marked ring Upon arrival it was gold plated.No hall marking and Nothing like the photo … I contacted them straight away, they did email me back saying a new ring was being sorted and asked to send the fake ring back , had to ask them for a return label to be emailed as no way I was paying to send back their mistake.
Then said they would email it to me in 24 hours after 48 hours and 4 emails later I finally got the return label very rudely , USING CAPITALS LIKE THIS , said once they receive the fake ring back they will send me the real gold ring.
The ring got delivered back to them,got proof they got the ring delivered back emailed them , asking for my “swift update “ like the told me I would get when they received it back,
now told me
“ thanks for sending the ring back to file for a refund through my bank”
Was there words ….
and now they are ignoring my emails.
Wish I read the reviews before ordering, not sure how this company is still running & stu needs to step down & work in a costume shop!

Been waiting since Dec. 6. Messages are either a lie (saying they will resend the product), or not returned at all. Be better. Beware, there is a reason why all these reviews are the same. And do not ask me to amend my review or to email you to resolve, because you have apparently blocked me.

Long story short is. I should have read the reviews before I purchased anything. The product isn’t what I thought I was paying for. The pictures don’t match to what has been sent to me. Now nobody will reply to my emails regarding the false advertisement or a refund. Seems this company must just like everyone posting negative reviews. 🤷🏾‍♂️

This has got to be the absolute worst company to buy from. Their customer care is non existent. I ordered a ring on the 10 December, at no point was I given any status of when to expect the item. Following numerous reach outs I was advised it should arrive by the weekend, it didn’t. It arrived today. The incorrect item which was so inferior to what I ordered, I expected Jeremy Beadle to rise from the grave to tell me it was a massive prank. It is far from a joke, the gift I had bought it good faith is not going to be under the tree. Totally ruined my Christmas. I was given a false address to return the offending item and blocked from messaging on WhatsApp. This will be reported to Trading Standards l, Watchdog, credit companies and the small claims court. It is theft. They have taken my money but not supplied the goods. They are fakes and scammers. Avoid this “company” like the plague. They will no doubt respond here with more lies and false promises and hope. This company has been liquidated several times. I wish I’d read reviews before buying (scammed) by them. Do not buy from them, I implore you. It will be the worst experience and decision you’ve made. I will hold no hope of getting any refund or exchange of the actual ring I bought. AVOID. You are been politely warned. I have given them ample chance to resolve this. Buy from these at your peril.

I go to these guys every time for jewellery, especially the cross earrings. If you ever have any issues they’re very fast in dealing with them.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Placed an order through ASOS Marketplace on 31/11/23. My order didn’t arrive, I continually chased this for 2 months. After ‘dispatching the item on 2 more occasions’ it finally arrived 3 months after I ordered only for it not to be the product I ordered/was advertised. I immediately asked for a refund which is still ongoing 6 months after my initial order. I have not received my money back and ASOS were just as bad and refused to help because it was beyond 5 months. Awful, I will not be ordering from ASOS marketplace or 54 Floral Clothing again.

Never received item or refund MONTHS after ordering through asos marketplace

I ordered a jacket from them in December last year and they have not sent anything I’ve messaged them but all they say is it’s coming. They also said that we sent another jacket but that also didn’t arrive. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY WILL SCAM YOU

Never had a problem, stuff always arrived on time. 👍
