Terrible company!
Purchased a beanie for #17.5, the pictures online displayed a dark navy beanie with very subtle bits of white. I paid £3.99 for delivery. When the item arrived it was a totally different colour, it was a light blue/turquoise colour with minimal navy. It looked nothing like the beanie online, so I wanted to return it. I used the 'Collect Plus free delivery service' which is how they want the item sending back, but because the item was on sale 5 Pointz charged me £3.99 to return the item. Absolute rip off!
