Avoid Minuteman Press Norwich like the plague!!

I asked in an email, “Hello, how much does a laminated colour A3 cost please” and their reply was "This comes under our minimum charge of £5.00 including Vat."

So how much do you think they charged me for two prints with just one of them laminated. £18 - yes you read that right, 18 quid.

We used to use Premier Print and they were always spot on but Andy sold the business to Minuteman and they have been ripping people off ever since despite promising to honour his prices to his customers.

The cost to laminate one A3 print at Minuteman is £6.24+ VAT (£7.49) x1 £7.49 and that does NOT include the cost of the print!

I explained that I had been quoted £5 each which he could see in the email thread but his response was this.

Hi Jodie,
The prices I gave you are our list prices, END OF.
As asked before What is your number so I can give you a refund of £4.19 on Monday?

Wow - that’s real nice customer service. I will definitely not be using this company again. I always choose local whenever I can but some local businesses are just not worth supporting, Minuteman Norwich is one of them!

I had a Christmas “poster” which my Mother had displayed for nearly 50years Following her passing I wanted to continue the tradition but it was in very poor condition . I took this to Minuteman and enquired about lamination, they couldn’t have been more helpful
It was only a little job to them but the staff were brilliant they showed interest and concern I would recommend them to anyone wanting a professional caring service

Friendly, rapid, good price, excellent print quality... highly recommended.

We made an order for 6x A1 gloss foamex boards via email and received a reply within 1.5 hours with confirmation of my request which was very reassuring. I had a deadline and asked for next day delivery, in which they accepted with no problems. We had some amendments to make during our order of which they were very accommodating and patient. Very impressed with the service as the staff are so friendly, and we are so pleased with the quality of the finished products. We will definitely be reordering from Minuteman when we next have a request.

Really Helpful and polite staff and gave useful advice and guidance. Also my poster was complete faster than I expected overall a perfect experience

My order was complicated but Minuteman Norwich did it with ease. Efficiency at its best and a price you cannot beat. I am more than thrilled with the quality of my order. Will not use anyone else.

Answered my query quickly and understood what i needed, as i wasnt exactly sure!

I have had various jobs carried out by the Norwich branch and always fine them very professional, fast and helpful. I recently had some large external warning signs made which were of a much higher quality than the previous ones I had from another company.

I enquired about some service sheets for my Mum's cremation which I needed quickly, Sean was very helpful with everything. These were printed and ready for collection within 24 hours, of good quality and and good price! Would definitely use again (hopefully under happier circumstances!) and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Minuteman 😊

Speedy, efficient, friendly, and prompt with a great product. We do not even look at going anywhere else...

A perfect personal gift was created for me. A cushion was printed on both sides with images I provided. It was manipulated to fit the space and toned as I wanted.
It was completed by the next day and I'm delighted with the terrific service as always.

I needed to have some wedding package brochures printed within 48 hours. My friend recommended minuteman press, I have to say I was super impressed, I sent an email asking for a quote and idea on brochure style, I received an email response shortly after and within 24 hours my brochures were printed. They look lovely and the overall cost was really good. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you for such great service
