Month in and still “processing”
I ordered a shirt for Father’s Day on 5/22. Even with delays, I figured it might make it here in a month. As of today, it is still listed as “processing.” Emails have gone unanswered. This will be the last time I order from them.

Hi Charlotte! As soon as our team started to fall behind our usual timeframe because of the safety measures need due to Covid-19, we posted notices about delays, sent out a mass email, and urged any customer with a time-sensitive order to select our rush processing option.
If you emailed our team successfully, an auto-reply would be sent stating we received the contact and an agent will be in contact. If you received that email but are not seeing a response, please check your junk, spam or promotions folder. Unfortunately we can't find any contact under this information but never ignore emails!

Twelve shirts shrank one size in one wash. I ordered one shirt to try. It fit well and held up in the wash. I liked their designs so I ordered 20 more!
Unfortunately, 12 of them shrank a whole size in one wash. The first, good shirt was 70% cotton (preshrunk, har, har) and 30% polyester. It didn't shrink. Some of the other survivors were 50/50.
6dollar shirts says they can't accept returns because of covid, but they will let me send them a picture of a shirt being measured.
They also stated that most of their shirts are 100% cotton, so buyer beware. Or do a cold wash 'n' dry.

Sorry for any confusion! Our site states that we are accepting packages back in our facility but only offer returns on items that have not been washed or worn. We also offer washing instructions that state the shirts may shrink depending on laundering preferences and include a fabric composition breakdown on each design page. Where are my shirts?
I ordered almost a month ago and have not received my 4 shirts. I understand that there have been delays with covid safety measures, but it would be nice to at least receive a projection as to when I can expect my delivery. Instead, the status has remained as "processing", which tells me nothing. This is my first time shopping with 6DollarShirts. The prices are enticing, but this experience is making me uneasy about the thought of buying from them again in the future. I have reached out via email to their customer service representatives today. Let's see what becomes of that.

Because our return customers know how speedy our team usually is, we set up an auto-reply informing of the delay in contact and assuring that an agent would be in contact.

Awesome company
I ordered 14 shirts from these guys, and they are awesome! They were all custom shirts that I picked myself. Great quality, great price, and they got here pretty fast. Less than a week if you pay for expedited shipping. I will definitely order from them again.

Cheap Garbage Shirts
Ordered 4 shirts, one arrived with logo already peeling off. The sizes are so small and after I washed them, they got smaller in the dryer and I haven't even worn them yet. I will definitely never be ordering from 6dollar shirts again. You obviously get what you pay for. Wish I could give zero stars and get my money back...

Hi Joi! Our production team makes each item to order so orders are taking longer than normal but we offered messages about delays on each design page, the header of every page, our ordering information page, and in the cart.
We ask customers to check their junk or spam folder when they have contacted us but are unable to see our reply in their regular inbox. We can't find any contact under this information and suggest emailing our team at info@6dollarshirts.com.
It may be as simple as the email address being slightly off or an alternate email used. Either way, we can make sure you have a copy of your invoice and a status update. Our team is always happy to help but do need to be contacted to look into any issues!
I purchased the girls tee shirts
I purchased the girls tee shirts. Quality product however I wish that they offer a V neck style. I purchased size medium, it fits snug for 5'2" and 120lbs 36b, I should have gotten the large size.

i ordered 10 shirts well over 2 months ago. have recieved email saying my order was in production. that was 6 weeks ago. i have gotten no other email. nor a tracking number to show. everytime i do email, i get no response sadly. waiting almost 10 weeks for 10 tshirts is simply outrageous, let alone having no way to track where my order is even at.

My experience
I ordered 11tshirts earlier this month. Because of Covid-19, as stated on the website, my shirts were being processed for longer than I expected. I sent an email because I was getting nervous as some companies are taking orders from people and not sending product or refunds. Someone reached out to me and assured me they weren't stealing my money. If you order shirts right now, give them an extra 2 weeks. Great company to put it simply. Maybe at a later date you could offer different fits for your tshirts like athletic fit. To anyone complaining about a custom made tshirt for $6, you have some real life issues that may need professional help.

Since I have embraced my geek chic, I have made it a mission to not spend more than $10 on a t-shirt that speaks to me.
