I buy from here all the time and always find great deals - often 70-80% off. Love it! I’m seeing so many negative reviews about return shipping... pro tip, guys - if you find something you like through 6PM, check Amazon before buying! Amazon actually owns 6PM and 9 times out of 10, the exact same item is on Amazon for the exact same price, and comes with free return shipping. Perfect for when you’re not sure if clothing or shoes will fit!
Caution advised
I have shopped for years on this website and it is legit. It’s owned and operated as a subsidiary of Zappos. However, I have notice in the last 6 months that they are falsely advertising items as “leather” when in fact you will receive plastic items. I don’t know if they or their suppliers are selling knock offs but I don’t trust them anymore for genuine articles. Case in point: I ordered a Calvin Klein tote bag that was advertised as “leather” yet received a plastic tote bag. This was a costly purchase and extremely disappointing. I have asked for a full refund and have yet to receive a response. Order with caution. Update: The full description of item #9156926 stated “leather”. While I have now received a refund (thank you!) I still advise caution when purchasing specific branded items.

3 of March i ordered 3 items, including sunglasses Steve Madden Rose, Color:Tortoise/Blue.
In fact i’ve got today wrong colour - brown which is totally different from what i wanted.
Since the other day i've been trying to reach the support team or live chat, but i see this message: We're sorry, but it appears as though you've reached us either outside of office hours or our team is otherwise unavailable. Please try again later, or email us and we'll respond as soon as possible.
I wrote a letter to their email and nothing happened.
So, what to do in this situation, bearing in mind that shop made a mistake, i live in Ukraine and don't have the possibility to return it for free?
UPDATE: customer service team contacted me, the issue was resolved quickly and ive got full compensation :) THANK YOU!

beware that you will be fully responsible for the return postage
It didn't occur to me prior to my purchase from 6pm.com to check their return policy, because normally online retailers either provide free prepaid shipping labels, or charge a nominal fee for using the prepaid labels, like $6.95. I was totally not expecting that I would have to pay for return shipping! That is really NOT the norm with internet purchases! I just paid $57.44 for UPS Ground because it wasn't like I had a better alternative. NEVER AGAIN, I feel so robbed, and I would not recommend this store to others unless you are absolutely sure you will keep the items you are ordering.(Checking the reviews on this site in addition to reading their return policy would also have helped.)

6pm do not help with a lost order and froze my account
Ordered with a delivery to a mail forwarding company (6pm doesn't deliver to my country). It was delivered to some person who never worked there, and for USPS to start investigation and refund my lost order a request from 6pm is needed. But here starts a nightmare... First instead of helping they froze my account. It should have been fixed within a week, but it's been more than a month since I last was able to log in. Their chat agents can't really do anything and tell me to either write to customer support or call. My last e-mail is without a response more than a week even though they promise to answer in 24 hours. Calling is not an option cause one call cost me $10 and with their efficiency I would need at least 10 calls I'm afraid.
My last communication to a person in a chat ended with her closing a chat and not answering why my e-mail is not answered and refusing to help with it. I started a new session and it was the same person in a chat, she just closed it again.
Feels like I was robed and 6pm doesn't care about it.

I've purchased many items from 6pm.com. I've always been happy with both the price I payed and the items I received. They are always the first place I check for great deals!!
Bought a pair of Coach Loafers -FAKE
Bought a pair of Coach Loafers. I own several other Coach loafers and could immediately tell they were fake. I am so disappointed. Poor stitching, hard fake pleather material, lumps in the soles, and fuzzy plastic bottoms. Coach shoes are superb quality when they come from Coach. I was really looking forward to these shoes. Unlike many reviews, the return policy/refund went well for me. I can expect my refund in 2-10 days. However, I will likely never purchase from 6pm again and will have my doubts about Amazon for having a company that sells fake designer items. I did reach out to Coach and they confirmed that they have never made a Gia Loafer.

Buy from somewhere else, just in case you have to make a return
I can't recommend anyone buy from 6pm.com with the way they handle returns and exchanges. I bought a pair of boots that, despite measuring my feet and checking with the size guide, were WAY too big. No problem, I'll just exchange them for a smaller size. Ok, they don't do exchanges, just return the product and repurchase. Ok that's fine, just give me a pre-paid return label. Oh wait, they don't do that and you have to pay the return shipping. I priced it out at UPS, Fedex and USPS - the cheapest price I could find for my $90 boots was $21!
If you're certain what you're buying is going to fit perfectly, then buy from 6pm.com. If you have *any* doubts, buy from somewhere else.

Horrible return policy... as others stated!
I wish I’d heeded others advice. I paid $40 at UPS to return three items valued at $200. This is because 6pm requires you to return items in the original boxes which takes quite a lot of space and returns go to Kentucky which I researched and couldn’t find until the very end of the return process.
This is too much of a pain. Maybe I’d do it again if they offered a subsidized or free return label like most companies do.
This is not worth saving a few extra dollars. Better to go through Amazon, Zappos, etc who have much better customer service and returns! I won’t ever shop at 6pm again or recommend to anyone I know. I’m surprised they are still in business to be honest.

Be aware that you have to pay return shipping - 6pm does not supply a label - and shipping is not at the usual "flat" discounted rate but the "regular" post office/ups/fed ex rate. Cost me $18 to return a pair of shoes which ran significantly smaller than normal (I did order a second pair a size larger which fortunately will not have to be returned.) Very confusing because you have the option to sign in with Amazon so I assumed since I was doing that Amazon Prime free returns would apply. I will never purchase anything from here that might have to go back. Buyer beware....

Nightmare service, counterfeit goods?
Bought a pair of leather gloves for 90 dollars, wore once or twice and they are all lumpy and creased up- they seriously look deformed. I’ve had cheaper gloves that I’ve worn for years that don’t look like this. I see many reviews saying they sell fake merchandise- I would not be surprised if these gloves are fake. Been in dispute with them since November because they don’t want to refund me for a defective, possibly counterfeit product. Although they are owned by amazon, their service cannot compare. I would avoid.

Poor return shipping policy
Bought a pair of snowpants, needed to return because of fit. I understand when retailers don’t offer free return, and they charge shipping fee about $6.95. But not in this case, there’s no return shipping label provided, and shipping usps costs me $14. I won’t be shopping here anymore in the future. There’s plenty other online retailers with better service.

I cannot believe that 6pm.com makes me responsible for return shipping. I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes and it will cost a fortune to return all 3 pairs that didn't work out for me. My bad for not reviewing the return policy. I will probably never order again from 6pm.com because of this policy. And the return process is completely out of date and inconvenient. All the other I companies I deal with make it easy by providing an address label and return form. J.Crew also charges for return shipping, but it is nominal, and at least I have the option of returning things in their brick and mortar.

Not what they use to be
I use to love shopping here and then I believe they were bought out by amazon. My last two orders were knockoffs. Oakley shades (fake) and adidas high tops (fake). Customer service is located in the Philippines, I believe; they were nice and refunded me (waiting on my instant refund I haven’t received yet) but I will never order from them again. EVER.

I have ordered a lot from 6pm already. There are 2 times that I didn't receive my package, I send them an email and they would refund it. No hassle at all. Thanks to their awesome customer service.
F#%K 6pm's return policy
Just tried on the shoes I ordered and they don't fit..alas. Now I have to spend ~$20 to ship them back, because I live on the west coast and their facility is in Kentucky--what the actual F#%K. I'm sorry, but 6pm is owned by Amazon....they should be able to work out a deal to have things ship back for free--it's 2020 and the age of online shopping. I forgot about this policy, but will never be ordering from 6pm again. I should have ordered the same shoes from Amazon where they take FREE RETURNS!
I saw another review where they said they don't provide return shipping labels because they want things to stay as discounted as possible. Their shipping cost for 6pm to me was $3.50 and mine will be $20. They can't afford it?!--I can't afford it! Somehow Walmart ships and returns things for free and they are about as discounted/cheap as you can get. 6pm's argument isn't justified--it's a way for them to spend less money and make more profits. NEVER AGAIN.

I have spent close to $1000 dollars with this company and I have always been happy with what I've purchased until I purchased a purse that was OBVIOUSLY FAKE. I returned the purse and had to pay $20 to ship it back and it's taking forever to receive my REFUND. NEVER AGAIN.
