Al hamdhu lillaah. I would like to thank br Syed Israr for arranging our Umrah package. Everything went well. Madina hotel was only a minute behind the masjid Nabawi. Though the location was excellent, I thought Diyar Al Eiman was a 3* and not a 4*...but was pleasant to stay in never the less. Hotel Emaan Grand in Makkah was 10mins walk away , which I didn't mind as instructed by br Syed Israr. It is an excellent 4* hotel. The transportation within Saudi was excellent and the drivers were very friendly. Jazak Allah Khair br Syed Israr for your service ..may Allah put baraqah in your business

Waleed is a very professional individual, his friendliness, nice approach to his work, attitude and reliability. He has been a great help in sorting out the best value for money flight tickets, hotels and travel plans every time. Waleed has been wonderful to me and my elderly parents in organising wheelchair accessibility throughout each trip.

What makes Waleed stand out is his excellent communication, his endeavours to always keep you posted and he also follows up and rings with any flight time changes and enquires a few days before the flight to confirm all is well …...personally I do not know any other agent who does that.
