I recently placed an online order with 77 Diamonds; a beautiful eternity ring that I intend on gifting my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I'd previously purchased the engagement ring and wedding bands with them and wanted to ensure they matched.
However, I mistakenly overlooked the anticipated delivery date which was much later than the date I intended to gift the ring.
I emailed customer service to enquire whether a speedier delivery was possible and the same day I received a response from Clare Caliwan in the Customer Care team.
Clare advised that she would contact the workshop to see what could be done. Over the next few days whilst we waited for an update (bank holiday weekend), Clare made sure to keep me posted, and once an update was available, she then went above and beyond to ensure that the ring would arrive in time.
It was so refreshing to deal with a customer care assistant who seems to truly understand what it means to take care of your customers.

Chose this company after reading a recommendation on Reddit. Really happy with my purchase and the clear communication and customer service I received throughout. I think I placed my order for my wedding ring three weeks ahead of my wedding date and the estimated delivery date I was given was the day before (fine!). Replying to one of the updates I then requested a slightly earlier delivery date to ease my nerves which Natacha sorted for me really quickly and with no fuss. She then followed up to make sure I'd received my order and that I was happy with it. All in all really happy with my experience.

Amazing service. There’s always a bit of nerves and apprehension when ordering such an expensive, valuable, sentimental piece of jewellery. 77 Diamonds could not have been any better.

I placed my ordered then when i received my delivery date, it was later than I needed to make sure i had it in time for my holiday. I paid the express priority to make sure I got it on time and it came the day after it had been dispatched.

Special mention to Clare who had helped me throughout the whole process and took the stress away from me. I had my special moment which i will always remember, thanks to 77 Diamonds.

The consultation appointment was really good. They took their time with us, we were able to ask all questions before deciding on a ring. The price/quality ratio is as good as advertised.

Prior to visiting 77diamonds, I was looking on many other websites, as well as local jewellers. I didn’t like the options so a friend suggested visiting 77diamonds. It’s amazing to see how many different types of rings there are. After customising and paying, I had to make a small adjustment and the sales team was very helpful and immediately had the ring size adjusted. The ring was delivered just in time.
