the loan officers and answer people are very profesional and is very good service i like this company a lot thank you much to all
Absolutely horrible experience. After providing all the documentation needed and explaining all of the documents to them they wanted more. Not to mention everytime I contacted them I spoke to someone new who had to relearn my application. One said it was enough one said O we need more. The last woman I spoke to before I terminated everything to go find another lender was an absolute hideous person. The experience with thise people started out great but deteriorated quickly. In providing everything then asking for more proof, you see my check going into my account by bank statement. Then she said I needed a letter from my employer that I got paid weekly. I mean damn Im putting up my truck title for collateral. You offered me a quarter what its worth, and are going to come get it as soon as I default. What else do you need, the first born?
Wonderful experience every representative I spoke with was informative and helpful through out the process.

Pretty easy process like everybody says they come through when you really need them but they don’t let you be aware of that interest fee everyday you get charged 5$ and as your almost done paying they put it a bit higher which is weird I wouldn’t recommend them if you want to do monthly payments but if you paying them the full amount right then and there then your good but those daily interest will make it more then what you paying sound like thieves I cried paying the full amount because they really almost got me
This review is a month late BUT it's still accurate to my experience. I'm so glad I chose not to accept a loan from them. I live in Arizona so I couldn't get a personal loan from them because they only to title loans in AZ. I applied and got accepted. The rates were good; however, they have no respect for your LEGAL right to privacy. They required me to give phone numbers and emails of OTHER people. I have the right to take a loan without notifying my friends and family because it is MY private business. They had no respect for that at all though. They said they would only contact them in emergency circumstances but they offered no proof to enable me to believe them. They also provided no proof that the title of my car that I would have had to email them would be safe in their hands. They think words are enough. They did not prove their trustworthiness so I did not do business with them. Lastly, they advertise so much that their process is quick. However, in reality it's actually long. My advice is be careful when dealing with this company. They think words without anything to back them up is enough. All it did was prove to me that I couldn't trust them.

I will say Loanmart is great for funding your loan...but...I do not recommend getting a loan from them unless you have no other options. You will end up owing more than the original loan even if you make your scheduled payments. Which is very difficult to do and then they will charge you late fees! They are LOANSHARKS BEWARE

LoanMart repossessed my van before a payment was even due. The reason was breach a contract. I did not send them the actual physical paper title to my vehicle. It didn't matter that they do not need to physically have the title to place a lien on a vehicle or to repossess a vehicle. I told him I didn't have the actual title that it was an online title in the state of Arizona. When I try to file for a title I was told I couldn't because they had a lien on my vehicle and only the lien holder can get the title. That did not stop them. Now I owe $500 reposition fee plus the loan in full if I want my band back. We're talking about $3,500. If I had that kind of money I would not have gotten the loan in the first place. Because of a technicality that didn't affect the loan in any way they have taken my van and I have no way of getting it back. I received one voicemail about the matter and that was it. They said they make several attempts but it's just not true. So now they have a $12,000 van for a $2,500 loan. That's a good hustle.
Funding received really fast after paperwork submitted. I needed this loan and Loan Mart came through
Loanmart is a crooked company! I was not informed that they charge interest everyday on your loan, even when you're paying it monthly. 5 dollars or more! I do not recommend anyone to get a loan from there ever!

It was the girl the day before the loan. She set the tempo and made it happen in the first place. I'm sold. Thank you!
I attempted to pay my loan off and following the instructions of their customer service it would allow me to. when I call back for 2 days the only thing they were worried about me paying was for the 2 interest that had been added to my account. I will NEVER use them again. The will lie to you just so you cannot not close the account so that the account will acquire mor interest.tried to close my account for 2 days and all they were concerned about was getting an extra $20 instead of helping me close the account after following their employees instructions. This account has been closed out and I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone to use

what a joke of a company. I have worked hard and preached sound decision making with my kids for years. Plain and simple listen to me. I was never in 1 million years going to use these predators without expecting I'd have it fully paid off well before the first payment was due. which was 3 times the loan amount I actually had with the car. But, I needed the funds for my families unforeseen expenses. The delays in the monies expected led to a nightmare I still have 3+ years later. I woke up in the morning the day my son was expected to graduate to find the car towed. After literally talking to this lady calling for a settlement a couple days earlier. I had a lawyer working with this to resolve before it got out of hand. In the end I spend $1000 in interest and the hassle to get my damn car back 30 miles away. This weird towing company made you pay cash and set an appointment outside this ghetto gate in the middle of nowhere. I couldn't even find it for awhile. I settled and paid the car loan off and yet it was towed that next day, as mentioned. I happily joined in on the class action suit brought against these title loan guys. I could have simply called family/friends and would do that in a heartbeat before I would ever jeopordize my family again. I can not stress this enough. Eat crow, find any alternative to these clowns. Having money for a temporary solution is a long-term problem that you may lose everything in the end. A tough lesson, but thank god I never ever have to deal with them again.
