Well got to admit that LoanMart is one hell of a company. Got some really smart people there. I was trying to get a 2k loan and I was putting my 2016 titan XD Platinum reserve fully loaded 99775 miles on it that’s paid off. As collateral. I also showed proof of incme of 49k this year. Resale value of my truck is $16234. I was denied because there was no deposit made in last 30 days. I don’t get paid like like that. I get paid when the jobs done and that could be up to 3, to 6 months but its a lot when the check is cut. I tried to explain it to him, but I guess they just couldn’t take it in or comprehend what I was trying to say . So I was denied. I guess some people can do math and others don’t have a clue. Let’s see… 16k truck on a 2k loan. I guess they think that’s a loss for them. Don’t waist your time. Go somewhere else.

They where smooth..very workable fast fast fast I’m so happy this company is awesome now I have too do my part n finished my end on the payments they where fast 15 min or less depositing the cash as they promised world class company so far they back up I have bad credit they where the only ones too help everyone shut me down ty so much

This financial company has superb customer service staff. Everyone who answers the phone is fantastic. My loan officer was Sui Murphy, and she did a great job, answering all my questions, being so patient. I recommend this company highly, and they get the job done quickly!

I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that helped me but he was awesome. Very well spoken and very polite.

I spoke with at least 8 folks during the processing of my loan. I had some unusual circumstances that required multiple calls. I'm very pleased with my experience as everyone was very pleasant, helpful, and professional. I loved the followup call the day after loan processing where they wanted to make sure I'd received my money on time.

Th wey are super helpful and attentive was never an issue to have a actual conversation with a human and they are very efficient on responding to any issues during the loan process

Some LoanMart reps are unprofessional and have slick mouths like they don't care. Non helpful company that doesn't care about helping customers in a tough situation. Needs to offer more assistance regarding payment siutations and life situations.
