This company can't even keep up with your payments. Honestly I've never been late on a payment yet I get called every month before the due date. I ask why are you calling me? Oh your right your not sure for another 2 weeks lol. Very high fees monthly payment goes down slightly every month to ensure they get the most interest. Be sure to make a couple big chunk payments in the beginning otherwise you'll pay almost nothing but interest the first year

They were very fast in returning your calls or calling you back. Timing was a slight concern in regards to getting funded being that there's a two hour time difference. So when they say it's funded your still looking at waiting 2hrs.

Helping me to understand the process better which stressed me out badly.
Just waiting for the Funds to making their way into my Checking Account.

OMG i was suppose to get a 4k loan, well after a week of paper work pictures a video and blah blah, they gave me 2k, very misleading, your going to pay about 500% for every dollar borrowed, they will harass u everyday and i mean harass if you are late threaten u with repo, there english is not that good and this has been one big headache, now i'm selling the car to the dealer just to get them off my back, I got a payoff and there getting a check and there still giving me grief!!!!

ZERO STARS.....I called filled out everything they wanted. I was told in the beginning I could borrow 8467.00 on a paid off 2019 Ford Taurus SLE all wheel drive. Then they knock the value down to 6100 with $400 in fees. Then they called me back and told me that they could only loan $4,113.33 so I agreed went through with all the paperwork did the Michigan title application sent them all the proper insurance pictures driver's license and banking information, and then they called me back and told me they could only loan me $2,039 on it then gave me the runaround after I signed all the paperwork UPS everything and now they are saying that I used a third party to UPS them the documents so it may be 24 to 48 hours before I am funded currently I'm sitting in front of Walmart waiting on the bar code to go and get the funds this is absolutely a b******* scam at 119% interest where's the predatory lending laws and when do they come into effect.…..

Misinformed. Was told at the last minute/after I sent the title lien, that it had to be sent in a pdf form. They should have told me that prior to submitting the form. Was also told that the form could not be screen shot. When they already knew because I was told by them to print the form out and sign the last page, take a picture and send it back to them. I would give loan mart a no star rating if possible. One big headache! The process was not quick! I had to call them to see if they received the above mentioned documents. They never received the documents. Then they had to look at another email-to where the documents were sent! Just makes me feel very uncomfortable and leaves me wondering just exactly how much trouble I would have in getting my title back -(especially being out of state) should I have went thru with the loan. I forwarded a email to them expressing my displeasure with the whole process. I know that they do not need my business. However, I know that they need good reviews. Well this is not a good review!!!! Please beware -they are not up front.
Was told that they could not accept the documents. After reading more reviews.. I am glad that i did not sign any loan contract with them! Be ware!!

Everything was done quickly and each person I spoke to was kind and provided me assistance without hesitation I was extremely grateful for the help and how quickly we were able to make this happen!

They help me with the upmost respect and kindness they made the loan process easy for me to get the loan

Don't expect them to work with you if you have issues repaying your loan. All they want is their money. I get it, but it costs nothing to be nice and a tiny bit flexible.

Loanmart is always willing to work with you on your payments they are very nice people

Sui made everything easy. I would try again if I needed $ in a crunch. VERY expensive so only for emergencies. Call Sui - she will make it happen for you.

15 minutes for funding after its scanned into the UPS system. That was hours ago and nothing. Can't get anyone to take my call. If this is the service you provide everyone I am truly surprised you are in business. Yes, I called on Sunday because I had to, the person who answered the phone assured me that a loan officer would call me right back. That was at 11:43am central time. 5 hours later
nothing. Don't tell someone a loan officer is there and can help then have nothing and I mean nothing happen. During my last call I was informed that they went home early. Absolutely ridiculous

Better in structions on how to use the UPS label and to look into the Spam folder for the instruction barcode to give to the Walmart Super Center Money Place for the first time people that have never went there would be helpful.

I had to make like 5 calls to figure out all of those things.

Too much back and forth communication. Should have been able to complete the process with far less delay.

Simple, done in a day and a fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable team to work with.

I would give them zero stars if I could. These people want so many documents it's ridiculous and then when you give it to them, they tell you they need more. I'm talking to a different agent every time I call and getting told different things. Horrible experience.

Worst financial decision I ever made period.

My $1900 title loan was easy to get after paying on it for 12 months at $170 a month. My payoff is still $1500. This is ridiculous and a very high interest I don’t recommend.
