Ordered the Sergio Tacchini Masters Crew Knit Burgundy, great product, very cool and got some admiring compliments. Easy to order and super quick delivery. all good, very happy.

Whilst we love the clothing I’m disappointed with the lack of help when a parcel goes missing.

The website says to send back recorded delivery which we did but parcel went missing and were only covered for £50 maybe £75 when the contents were worth £215. Most clothing items on the website are around the £50 mark so even if I’d sent back a put of trainers or jumper I wouldn’t have been covered for a lost parcel.

80’s casual send out with a courier but make no mention of sending back this way to make sure your covered for the contents.

I had no idea I wouldn’t be covered for the contents or I’d have made sure I’d have sent back another way.

Your website needs to be clearer for customers to make sure where not out of pocket if a parcel goes missing.

If you want retro classics this is the company for you! Great range with first class products and a fantastic customer service.

I bought the Santoro Tacchini Top & Bottom for a friend who was going to 80s themed party.
He totally looked the part but as he was a bit too merry no pictures were taken
I purchased the items on the Wednesday and they were delivered on Friday morning...
The party was on Friday evening,, total success!

I have been shopping at 80s casuals for years now and has become my guilty pleasure. As a kid growing up in the 80s I couldn't afford all the old logos so am making up for it now. I have always had good experiences when purchasing and even on the one occasion my delivery went missing it got sorted ASAP. I find myself most days browsing the 80s website lol. Will definitely continue buying the Sergio and the fila into my old age 100%.
