It was nothing massive, about £300. I then tried to withdraw, and after years of speedy withdrawals (£20-£40) - the maximum time it ever took me to receive funds was 1 hour. Dozens of withdrawals and dozens of deposits, just fine. But with this £300 win, i am still waiting after 2 days. How does payments suddenly take 47 hours longer than the usual 1 hour when you win? I shouldnt have expected much from a gambling company. I'm surprised for some reason. and highly disappointed.

Up until recently I've never had a problem when it came to withdrawals but of late my withdrawals have stayed on pending. This has been the case for almost a month. I've used the chat link to help but they are no help. I was told my money would be sent that day but never came. I was then told to upload id & a bank statement which I did. I was then told it takes 72hrs to process. This was 2 weeks ago. They then said it had been escalated to withdrawals team & I would receive an email that day. I'm still waiting. There is no way to contact them directly & the online team now refuse to help as its been escalated. Very poor service.

Awful customer service. I still have £150. Pending withdrawal for over a month. Their customer service is robotic and repetitive. I did receive an email regarding the situation about 3 weeks ago. I am extremely disappointed with the current state of customer service at 888poker. After taking a temporary break from online poker, I returned to find my account completely locked.

I reached out to support and received a response from their "Safer Gambling Team" stating that they wanted me to take 24 hours to think it over and look at their responsible gaming tools. They explicitly told me that if I wished to proceed, I just needed to reply after 07/05/2026 with my contact number.

I did exactly what they asked. I replied politely, confirmed I was comfortable reopening the account, and provided my updated contact number. That was over a week ago. Since then, absolute silence. No follow-up, no activation, and completely ignored.

It is incredibly frustrating to be locked out of your own account without warning, but it’s even worse when you jump through the exact hoops they set for you, only to be met with zero communication. Terrible customer service. I just want my account reviewed and reopened as promised.

Awful! Withdrawn money on Saturday and still not received. Keep being told different things. One moment was cause documents wasn’t approved then was approved a said be in by next day another two days gone and contacted again a now being told that documents haven’t been reviewed yet! I've gotten that used to same day withdrawals from companies like Paddy Power, William Hill, etc, that I'm astonished that a gambling experience like 888casino offers still exists.

Short story: deposited in March, won around £150 on slots, and asked for a withdrawal. 888casino asked for documents to be updated to prove identity - no problem, except withdrawal wasn't processed a week later. Asked for help on live chat, agent requested my documents and told me docs were okay and withdrawal request was now with the payment dept. Constant chat requests over the next 7 or so weeks as withdrawal never happened.

In the end I had threaten arbitration via IBAS - the UK's gambling industry's arbitration service - by sending a request to 888casino's "secondopinion" email address and asking them to resolve the issue within 8 weeks or I would seek arbitration. 2 weeks later I had my payment.

Stay away. You have been warned.
