I was pretty upset, but once I got through to customer service, they were really apologetic and resolved the issue quickly. When the jersey arrived, it was exactly what I wanted. Things didn’t start great, but they made sure I was happy in the end.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company is an absolute joke…. They tell you they will help you however they can however after 2 months of not receiving my item I demanded my refund, no response until I put in a claim on my credit card to which that got their attention. I then was told they couldn’t process a refund because I had filed a dispute, if I got my bank to withdraw the dispute then they would provide a refund. Now I am being told that they can’t issue a refund and it’s up to my bank to refund me… which can’t happen because they closed the dispute and you can only file a dispute once…. These people are horrible scammers who deserve worse than this garbage review…

The jersey I ordered is absolutely amazing. great fabric, perfect stitching, and looks awesome. The only downside was how long it took to arrive. I’d still recommend them for the quality, but just be prepared to wait a bit longer. still 5 stars

Then, just when I was about to give up, Barak (the founder) contacted me directly. He was professional, explained the situation, and made sure I got everything sorted out. Even threw in a little extra as an apology. Now that’s customer service.

I should’ve done my research so I’m partly to blame, but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering something online. This is an absolute scam. I ordered my jersey on 26 January and I am writing this now on February 3 got bogus messages saying that my jersey had been shipped, but you cannot click on the tracking emailed them for tracking info and got a email back from a guy named Patrick and he said that I would have the shipping info within 24 hours. It never came. I then emailed them again and some guy named. Derek said it’s the weekend and that today as I’m writing this, I would receive the tracking info. It is 11 PM Eastern time and I never received an email from them so I went looking at reviews on the Internet and everybody is basically saying the same thing which is happening to me right now I’m going to the bank in the morning and filing a fraud claim on them to get my money back. People do your research. I should’ve done mine. This company needs to be investigated for fraud and be shut down. I don’t know how they’re still in business.
