I ordered a jersey from them online

I ordered a jersey from them online. And entered the address where I live and have lived for the last five years. Somehow their system sent it to an address I formally had when I lived halfway across the country in another state. I didn’t even still remember the street numbers for that address so there’s no way I entered it. Anyway, they sent the shirt to That address and I never received it. I asked him to resend the shirt or refund my money, and they refused. Something is wrong with their system that reverts to an old address. And something is wrong with her customer service skills, and that I still am out $70 and don’t have the shirt I ordered. They made no efforts to make it right , despite numerous request. This is why people don’t like shopping online, most businesses would make it right immediately, but they did not. Poor company practices would not suggest shopping with them.

Originally I wrote my review complaining about the lack of communication with this company. I then heard back from them, telling me my order had been shipped.
Today the Jersey I ordered arrived. It is very impressive, and extremely good quality. I would recommend this company. You just have to be patient.

I received my jersey earlier than…

I received my jersey earlier than expected. The only negative rating I have is the response from company not matching estimated delivery timeframe. For example, I emailed asking for estimated delivery time only because I never got a status when I shipped, I get a response saying it’s delayed, but 3 days later I received my jersey in the mail. Overall my jersey was in good quality material.

My package said delivered but I never received anything, I contacted the company and was emailed by Drew the support executive and man when I tell you the customer service was outstanding!!!
