I used this clinic last Sept n was very impressed with the doctor and staffs. Had been sin ging praises and recommended friends to check out the services. Was there in jun 25 n it was a female doc. Instead this trip was a guy doc whom the same staff told us is anti aging doc. The staff applied anesthetic cream on my face n neck n was told 14mins to do the hifu procedure. Waited for half an hr n nobody attended to me. I left the clinic without the procedure. I will not use this clinic anymore.

Rhinoplasty and septoplasty

After wanting a Rhinoplasty for over 10 years due to trauma, breathing issues and a dorsal hump I found New You.
From the start the consultation was informative and realistic, Dr Ardu explained everything in detail, left no questions unanswered and was understanding about my reservations and fears when it came to changing certain aspects of my nose. There was no pressure and I knew instantly after searching for over 3 years that this would be the surgeon I would choose.

Jayne was amazing with organising, re-arranging and keeping me updated when my surgery dates changed with my work commitments. She was understanding and supported me with any questions asked or issues I had in the lead up to the surgery. She always accommodated any problem I had!

On the day itself, what can I say. It was streamline from start to finish! All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional I felt completely safe and at ease throughout the whole thing! They were polite, kind and polished. The surgery itself is clean, bright and welcoming!

I cannot thank Dr Ardu and the team enough! I’m at the 2 week mark and although full recovery is a long way to go I know I picked the best surgeon for the job!

Hydrofacial with Maria, so pleased with the results. Thank you, I always ask for Maria when I make an appointment as I feel she really listens to my concerns (sensitive skin) and as she is also a qualified nurse I feel totally safe in her hands.

I had surgery booked through this company. They are Brighton based but the surgery will be in London. The communication is terrible with simple questions going unanswered. I finally spoke to the owner who was patronising and had a terrible attitude to what was a simple question (what time is my surgery). Also when I spoke to the actual surgeon in London he told me that they inflate the prices massively over his fee! On that basis I got some alternative quotes and it does appear they were going to rip me off as he suggested. The difference was significant. Now I understand why the question was asked “out of 10 how bad does your issue affect you”, so they know how much extra they can get away with charging. I would avoid and make sure you do your due diligence with alternatives beforehand.
