I am totally dissatisfied with customer service. I order 2 scarfs and had to chase delivery giving them proof they hadn’t sent them, they then sent them but one was the wrong scarf, despite me sending copies and photos of the error they refuse to acknowledge any error on their part, they have provided no photo proof to support their claims and the scarf sent is £5.00 cheaper. I can return it at cost to me so I would be £5 plus postage worse off. My order clearly says Navy scarf the one they sent me is navy and mustard which they acknowledge. This has been on going since made my order 5 November.
Dreadful service no customer goodwill, I will not be purchasing from them ever again.

I’ve bought 3 scarves from this company. The quality is brilliant, were exactly as appeared on site, and received them within 3 days. Absolutely brilliant customer service.

I’m so happy with the bags I ordered. I only wanted one bag but could not decide because I loved them all so narrowed it down to two. Multiple compartments are extremely handy as I can never usually find anything in my bag. Quick delivery too.

I recently had to return an item. I paid for the return postage and recorded the delivery. I was disappointed not to be refunded on the original delivery postage as outlined in the Which guide on Consumer rights 'I want to return something I bought online' and recently on the Supershoppers TV programme.

However, when I sent the link to the company, they apologised and refunded my postage. Hopefully all postage will now be refunded for eligible refunds. Disappointed though that I had to point this out
