I recently purchased two pecking pigeon decoys from A1 decoys. One of the items had a problem when first used and this was immediately dealt with by a1 decoys. Good service is knowing how to deal with any problems to the satisfaction of the customer

Absolutely perfect. Brought the shooting table and i am absolutely chuffed to bits. Super efficient service. A1 all over.

I've used this company two times but unfortunately there won't be a third time due to poor packaging.

My first order was for a RWS field kit of 5 tins of pellets in presentation box. It was sent in one of them grey mailing bags, no other protection. Box was crushed and a couple of tins dented. The postage label had been torn off and took two weeks to arrive by Royal mail. No apology from company and put all blame on royal mail.

I used them a second time recently for 1 tin of 500 .22 Bisley pellets. This time arrived next day, but sent in a Jiffy bag with no other protection.
Tin was badly dented and around 60 pellets with skirt damage.
The company refunded me £2.50 this time, which was a nice gesture, but really not good enough as a jiffy bag is clearly not going to be sufficient to protect a heavy tin of pellets.

Bought and item from Ebay, parts missing they did communicate alittle then nothing.

Poor customer service and I feel they intentionally made it go over the 30 days so stop the ebay guarantee money back.

they were so helpful and the product arrived early the next morning.

Needed an outdoor spray feeder for my little pigs and they were very helpful

I ordered a napier superVP90 sachet through Amazon sourced by a1decoy. This was dispatched with in an hour and arrived the next day from a1decoy. When you receive this sort of service it needs to be commended. I will certainly be using this company again.

Placed an order and it arrived in less than 24 hours. Product was as described. I will deal with these guys again without a second thought.

They sent the the quality product I ordered, (unlike some outlets): it arrived two days later (also unlike other outlets): best of all was the price, I couldn't find it anywhere cheaper.

I ordered an accessory part most recently, but have dealt with A1 in the past.... Quick service and delivery. Would order from again if I need to.

I bought an item from A1 decoy and when recieved I got the wrong item totally and also the wrong size of item, I was charged an extortionate postage cost and when queried, I was advised that the cost was incorrect...i asked for the remainder of the postage cost refunded and was refused that I would get sorted the next time I ordered, I requested to return the item as everything about it was incorrect....the item was delivered on the 11th May and still no refund...i had to file a dispute to my bank and have now received my money back. No thanks to A1 decoy, DISSAPOINTED....certainly won't be doing business with A1 decoy again AVOID

Bought a padded shotgun case/slip, item arrived quickly despite the Covid delays that seem to be affecting most sellers. The case is not an expensive one but the quality is much better than the price suggests. Also better than the photo suggests. Very happy with it and would definitely buy from this seller again. Great comms too.

I'd been looking for a while for a decent sized hard rifle case with enough depth to take a very large scope fitted to my rifle. Brought this large one fro A1Decoy. It arrived really quickly and well packed. The case has four good catches that are easy to open and close that slide over the catch. The hinges are well made and look like they should last a good few years of opening and closing. The case is not particular thick but it's not that flimsy that it bends and puts tis self out of shape. This helps keep the weight down. Both the lid and the bottom have egg shell foam and is thick enough to hold all the bits and bobs I take out shooting in place when carried to and from the car. All in all this is a great case for the price and should if treated with respect last as long as me. A1 Decoy are definitely a company I would buy from again.
