I Missed my appointment because I thought lab is closed but I really appreciate the call back and approaching staff, i manage to get my kit next day because one of the staff members called me and re arrange for me the collection and staff at the lab was extremely helpful and polite.

Was having queries about an upcoming pcr test requirement. Compared to other companies providing same service at this busy period, was impressed with them as was one of the best responsive service received. Email response from Zainab and phone support from Ed was great and with their guidance was able to place the order correctly. Look forward to reaching out again for a new requirement.

Day 3 and still not received the kit. Had to wait 45 minutes to get through to someone, a guy called shakir who was rude and unhelpful. Basically told me no information apart from it should be with the delivery company but no other information. The delivery company states on its tracking service, it has received information of the delivery but not the package. I was told to write an email if I wanted to complain. What was the point of waiting the best part of an hour to speak to someone. Useless company. Best to avoid these cowboys and use another company.

I wrote the wrong flight number and noticed it a day later. I panicked and sent A1lab an email and received their response within an hour!
They corrected the flight number and I couldn't be happier! Thank you!!!

Had my home kit sent but without a pin.

Haaris answered the phone around 21:30 out of hours and sorted the missing pin straight away.

Went the extra mile for me for sure

I didn't receive my test on the day promised and then 1 week later they informed me my test had actually not been received even though they emailed me to say it had been received. After chasing they said they would either give me a free test or 50% of my test and 50% off any further tests. I refused this offer and now I am waiting for a full refund. I would not use their services again and this is a company recommended on the GOV website.

straight forward helpful and easy

Compétitive price and 2 day test pack delivered. But no email received for pin no. An hour wait on line in queue on téléphone for help but agent quickly sorted inputting pin code for me and so posted the Wednesday by spécial post.
A 72 hr wait and again no email received. This time I emailed the saturday evening and happily surprised by ian immédiate reply. After exchanging emails the négative certificate was issues for me by Aiya.

Great so far… put the wrong date of arrival to the UK on our PCR test request, and processed it. When I noticed what I had done, I panicked like hell - there are four of us! This is the first time I’ve travelled since the pandemic, so felt quite vulnerable, and thinking we’ll have trouble entering the UK (by car) because of this mistake. Anyway, I emailed A1lab immediately, to explain my error, and desperately hoped for a response as early as early as possible, as we arrive this Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email today - Sunday! Everything is sorted! Cannot thank you enough. 😊
