Disgusted with the service that has been given to my elderly Mother, carers that don't understand/speak English fluently so don't fully understand patients needs. Some carers don't carry out duties required. A couple of excellent ladies have attended but the majority of visits have been below average and the carers have left my Mother very distressed and upset. She is expected to pay for this as well?????
Management so so rude. Carers untrained and lacking in basic common sense. Needs not met. Look elsewhere
Hostile management which probably sets the tone for the carers doing so little and being so uncaring. Needs not met - personal care and food. Can't recommend
