The removal team did a fantastic job. All 5 staff worked incredibly hard and unloaded/loaded in no time with care.

Brought two large vans, amazing value. They took care of both properties and my possessions.

They communicated really well from quote to the removal day. A really lovely professional team.

Really pleased. Would recommend, and will use again. Thank you.

We have just moved house, A1 was brilliant. Jon was understanding and very velpfull before the move. On the day we had Irish, John and another. They worked hard to get us out in time and back in to the new place. I would recommend A1 if you are moving soon.

AVOID
Did my removals 6 weeks ago and shattered my garden glass table, said you’d ordered glass but then said you had to order from somewhere else and it would be 14 days. It’s now been over a month since we moved. Sick of having to chase you for this now and ignoring my messages.

Was also told we’d get 4-5 men on the day and the large van when in fact was given 3 men and a small van. We tipped all the lads as they worked like dogs with a move that was too much for them and they only received £80 a day from you for it.

Not happy at all and I’ve been patient enough but it’s wearing thin.

Update: received many messages after my review from the ‘manager’ who informed me he has enough to do without chasing a piece of glass. Sadly he’s missing the point they broke my glass and agreed to replace this. I was in fact chasing this boy cow for over a month to be lead a line of different stories and in the end told my glass would be delivered within 14 days. He claims he said an estimated 14 days however I have the messages to show otherwise. Regardless It’s now been 6 weeks since I moved and no glass.

When he again falls to give me a date for arrival and instead gives me a load of attitude I inform him I’ll take him to small claims, he tells me he’s the king of small claims. That right there is all you need to know about this person but sadly he’s done this to the wrong person and I will rake him to small claims along with my mountain of proof and win.

Expecting people to just wait for an endless time without any idea on when is not acceptable, just like not bothering to even contact his customers to keep them updated on where this glass even is, just story after story and endless ignored messages.

We’ve spoken to a solicitor and been informed we also didn’t receive the job we’d paid for so will be claiming for that too.

The money doesn’t interest me but it’s the pure principle of this man taking advantage thinking he can treat people as he wishes and get away with it including his staff.

A recent review of this company was shared on social media showing this company on a job on a residential street urinating on someone’s drive in broad daylight, this isn’t the professional company you are led to believe you’re getting.
