I recently bought Q CELLS 480W from them, and I am very happy with my purchase. The order arrived very fast, in 4 days and moreover there was no shipping fee. So, I am very happy with the product delivery.
They also have a wide range of products so I am sure i will visit their website more often.

I really wouldn't even give them 1star. Couldn't get a estimate on a off grid solar system to purchase. What makes this a1? Best thing is I found what I was wanting the estimate for at signature solar. Pass the word

We ordered 6 solar panels with shipping the cost was over $1600 but they NEVER shipped the order. They have our money but we have nothing. After one month of waiting we canceled the order and that day they "say" they shipped. By this time we had already ordered panels from another company. They never refunded our money and we never got the panels so we are out over $1681. Every thing we tried to do to get them to refund or resend the no longer needed panels was useless. I will revise this feedback if they refund or ship.

The Tech support was able to help guide me toward what I needed and helped me pick out the correct set of pannels and add ons for my needs.

Very Frustrated with their customer response.
I initially requested a quote starting 3 weeks ago.
It was a few days but they responded. I asked them to make some quantity changes in the quote. So things were good. The new quote was exactly what I want.
The problem is their checkout system. It shows you can use a CC , Paypal, Paypal credit, or direct wire to company. But when you try and do the checkout it never works. Now they want me to do a wire transfer. The problem is I have no way to protect myself if they do not come through. I did call and leave messages, emailed them. After seeing the review on the NJ warehouse, which is the location I would have to pickup the system. I guess I'll continue looking.

I did business with A1 about half a year ago (it’s september 22 atm) when I needed panels for my home in Phoenix. I took Panasonic, if anyone’s wondering. The system’s doing great, and I think I got really lucky with my installer and the shop as well.

If I recall correctly, my order was indeed processed in 24h as promised, delivery took a bit longer than expected but it wasn’t a big deal, these were busy days for fedex. panels were in good shape. I myself checked them thoroughly.

I had panel damage, sent them notification and pictures as requested months ago, but nothing was done I've paid and still waiting for panels.
I also was invoiced and paid for shipping, but the shipper also requested shipping payment. more money A1 solar pocketed, my advice don't do business with A1 solar.

A1solarstore's pickup procedure from the NJ warehouse is utterly broken, designed to keep customers away with no concern about whether they ever get their order.

I placed an order for a panel on Thurs, and waited 2 business days as requested, waiting for a notification that it was ready for pickup.

Which never came. After 4 business days I started calling and emailing. No one picked up email either, or called back from messages left.

Finally today, by calling at 10:01, someone actually answered. Amazing! But he said that it wasn't ready, and would not be until I scheduled a pickup time at least 48 hours from then with him. He claimed that they had tried to call and not gotten an answer, which is possible given all the spammers who have our number. No email was ever sent, even after he confirmed a pickup time and promised to send one.

In other words, it's not 2 business days from when you place your order. It's 2 business days from when someone actually talks to you on the phone to schedule your pickup.
If they never actually talk to you on the phone, then your order is never ready, and presumably the company pockets the money paid without ever having to give you your panels or whatever.

This is beyond ridiculous, it verges on fraudulent.

By comparison, the largest solar distributer warehouse in MD has no advanced ordering needed at all, let alone this kind of pickup racket designed to keep customers away from staff. Unfortunately, they don't have the bifacial panels I need, so I had to order from you. Never again..

Please fix this asap for future customers, and see if you can actually install any sense of customer responsibility in your NJ warehouse staff.

And of course, your web page contact form where I tried to post this initially is broken as well. And solar at aisolarstore.com will probably throw it away also unread, to ensure that no customer contact mechanism actually works.

Fantastic company. Everything went smooth and the shipped was fast. The customer service was great.

Great selection of high quality solar panels, good pricing, fast shipping, everything arrived in great condition.

***CAVEAT EMPTOR***

This is a tale of a remedied problem. After a month, a Single Star is now Three Star.

I ordered a set of REC Alpha Pure 400s and they arrived packed by a third party in a woefully inadequate condition strapped to a pallet with no padding and a pallet nail gouge in the bottom panel. They didn't even place them face to face like the valuable fine art they are.

When I informed Alexey of this with explicit photos establishing their third party packer's careless disregard for that non-countersunk nail, he attempted to shift the blame to transport. I'm certain Fed-Ex was not responsible for that nail.

A1 Solar eventually took responsibility, and delivered to me a new panel ***properly packed** -- they appear to have instituted a proper packing policy that will save everyone time and money.

Followed instructions on how to pickup panels at the warehouse. Noted that the panels were on a sealed pallet and could not be inspected on the receipt. Got home 10 minutes later and saw that all of the panels were cracked. Refused to warranty or exchange. There goes 2500.00. Stay away from this business.

A1solar store seems legit and trustworthy, it looks like the big company which has many branches national-wide. It is not like that in reality. My experience was not really pleasant and they did not keep their promise. I ordered more many twenty large power panels and they promised the delivery day but not happening, I asked Alexey(owner) the confirmation of delivery he promised in a few hours but promise was broken. I do not want to tell you how important is the trust while we are doing business.

I updated this review from one star to four star based on my experience. Here is reason: Al Solarstore made improvement; more clear of their business model and methodology according to Anton's reply and my visit to their improved website. Beside of that, Alexey, he is a great man who was trying many ways to deliver products on-time. The time I selected A1 solarstore because it carried wide-range of products and provided very competitive price. My experience may not be similar as yours; People may fall one time but they do not fell all the time.

Arrived as estimated, in great shape, all panels look great. Have installed but as yet not connected. Panels appear to be of high quality and for 405W a great price.

Excellent price, great panel packaging. I got half a pallet n=5. The phone call from A1 confirmed the order and the ship date. Expected arrival and a call from the trucker was anticipated and timely. The offload was easy, no damage, no fuss, great deal and excellent logistical support for 270# delivery. Awesome deal with delivery right to the driveway. Highly recommend this cali based outfit. - Cheers!

Great place! Customer service was really knowledgeable and friendly, and definitely went extra mile. Not only the prices are fair but they also take time to educate you on the product best suiting your needs. A friend recommended A1 to me, and I'm passing it on!
