AVOID DO NOT BOOK!!!

We had a booking for 18:30 to meet 18 friends in London for a 30th Birthday Meal & had to be there for 20:00 so had 1 hour 30 for a 1 hour journey.

They called to say the limo would be 1 hour late, after 30 mins he was still an hour away, we had to get a taxi to a service station to meet them & turned up to the meal at 21:30. The meal was ruined & the 30th birthday that we booked a limo as a treat was a disaster.

A1 have not refunded the hire or paid for the taxi.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANY SERVICE!!!!

Booked a wedding car with clear instructions which were confirmed by A1 Stretch.
Emailed to confirm ALL details 14 days before the big day to be told 'all confirmed' and the car turns up not meeting my requirements... The driver showed no remorse whatsoever and just said ' I wasn't told you wanted ribbons' ... really? .. how many wedding cars don't have ribbons! I asked if he had white ribbon at the very least to which I got 'Nope' ... nice!

Ribbon may be a minor detail in the grand scheme of things but I was so looking forward to my White H3 Hummer with pink ribbon yet my bridal party could have been anyone driving up the street.

And to top it off, I emailed to highlight my dissatisfaction and guess what - again not even an apology!

This company clearly do not respect their customers wishes or have the decency to reply to emails sadly.
Wish I'd have found a more reputable company who also may have been cheaper!

Had a really lovely Hummer H2 Limousines for my son's 10th Birthday.
The driver was really friendly and the limo was exactly what he wanted.

I just want to say thank you to the office who dealt are 2 changes of destination.

The service I received from A1 Stretch was appalling! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I booked a stretch limo over the phone months before the party and all sounded great! I explained it was a surprise for my mum who had never been in a limo before – they clearly wanted to look after her so I felt I was in good hands! On the night of the party the limo arrived – the driver had absolutely no customer service skills at all and to top it off the 2 bottles of champagne and 1 bottle of soft drink was not in the limo! The driver informed me that the company wasn’t LICENSED to supply champagne and so it’s not his problem. When I called the contact number on the limo the person on the other end explained that the driver could pull over and purchase 2 bottles (allowance of £2.50 each!!!) or I could provide it myself… this was humiliating as it looked so unorganised for my guests. Understandably at such short notice I did not have enough champagne to cover the group of 8… I emailed A1 Stretch to explain my frustration and disappointment and asked why it was I was not made aware there would not be any champagne as per my booking. They were completely uninterested and would not apologise or hold anyone accountable for the error. It was explained that the limo I was due to get was held up and so they called another local company to cover the job and so as a result of short notice and lack of time they were not able to supply the beverages. How this is acceptable I don’t know??!! Throughout our email exchange the blame was placed on ME and I should have been grateful that they offered to supply 2 bottles at £2.50 each….. just shocking! I paid a lot of money for a high quality service that just ended up a complete disappointment and I’ve never been treated so poorly following a complaint. They clearly don’t value their customers and as a result I will not be a repeat customer. Anyone wishing to book through this company seriously needs to check the day before or even ON THE DAY to ensure they are actually going to get what they paid for and don’t get some sloppy half-hearted company turning up with half the package!!!!

A1 STRETCH IS A DISGRACE!!! Purchased as a surprise for a bride's transport to her wedding. The limo arrived in a battered and distinctly 2nd hand state. The company had screwed up the original booking by giving the wrong postcode. The driver didn't have a clue where he was going, he was driving blind and completely reliant on the incorrect info being given by his satnav. One of our party had to sit with him up front and guide him to the destination. We complained to the company and they tried to blame us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
