Hakim was a superb driver

Hakim was a superb driver. He navigated the M25 like a prime Jamie Vardy in the box. A clinical operator. Would highly recommend #56 for any occasions in and around the St Albans area.

This company are thieves they took my payment for a taxi booking and did not do the taxi ride for me. Awful company.with bad service!! Im reporting them to the trading companies.

No show

Booked weeks ago for 11pm. No taxi at 11, when I called at 11.10, I was told it would 15 minutes or so as he was coming from a way away and they only have 3 drivers on. When I asked why that was the case with a booking for 11 I was hung up on. No foul language from my side nothing and we even turned away a competitor cab at 10.50 as it would not be fair to the company we booked with. Thankfully another company arrived and we were able to get home.
Avoid, unreliable and atrocious attitude.

Had driver 9 pick me up from my house…

Had driver 9 pick me up from my house this morning. Everything worked smooth and he was parked right out side which made it better as raining. Had a great comfortable journey and delivered on time to stanstead airport. Can’t thank them enough. Could also pay by card which is great for expenses
