My Guillotine arrived in 36 hours by carrier. It was the best value for this item I could find on the internet.

Laminator arrived day after order, but broke down after approx 15 laminations.
When a2b were phoned they expressed surprise, as the laminator in question is usually reliable, but ordered collection and new delivery immediately, without question.
Collection and new delivery were both next day.

I was given your website by a friend of mine in the photography business when he heard me enquiring about comb binders, I have never dealt with you before and am always slightly suspicious of dealing via web sites, it must be to do with my age group, however when I saw that you obviously stocked what I required and at a sensible and realistic price I decided to use the land line and call you to place an order.
The telephone response was excellent, not pushy and very helpful, I placed my order with no problems, and when having completed my order was not met with any further hard sell on other products, which was impressive, and finally the icing on the cake was that calling home from business in Nottingham the following afternoon my wife informed me that a parcel had arrived by courier, that as far as I was concerned was the experience of dealing with a company that was switched on and deserved business, considering the awful weather last week, I would have been happy if the parcel had taken a few days to be delivered due to the adverse weather conditions.
