A2B offer a reliable good service at a very fair price. It is therefore such a shame that someone can't be bothered to feed in a little bit of very important information. I followed their instructions and logged into the web site to confirm our pick up details for the trip home and was pleasantly surprised at how easily the system worked. Below is what I read on the web page having entered my reference number.

"Hi Paul

Your transfer will be waiting for you on 13/02/2017 at 08:00 at riad bonheur. Unless an alternative pickup point is provided below

Pick up point: see above

Please be outside where the driver can see you at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time

If you have any issues please call 00 212 524 349 178
Important: This is your pick up time based on the flight details you or your travel agent have supplied us. It is important to ensure that your transfer voucher correctly reflects your flight time details. If you have any issues with your pick up time, please call the local agent whose contact details are on the voucher."

As you can see it is very clear and simple so we waited outside the Riad a good 15 minutes before 8.00am and no one turned up to lead us from the Riad to wherever the driver was parked. We had expected to walk as vehicles can't get to many places in the Medina. Fortunately a guide turned up looking for other guests to take to the mountains and he was able to answer a phone call from the driver to the Riad asking where we were. He was also able to relay to us that our driver was waiting where we had been dropped off a week earlier. Also fortunately we had become familiar enough to be able to find our own way through the narrow streets to that place. As you can see their instructions explicitly said wait outside the Riad even though there is a facility to put other instructions below. This delayed us getting to the Airport and caused stress to us and the other passengers forced to wait for us. All for the sake of a little bit of accurate information. It was very disappointing to end and otherwise brilliant experience with the stress of travel arrangements going wrong.

WHENEVER I GO AWAY I ALWAYS USE THIS FIRM. I TRAVEL 2 OR 3 TIMES A YEAR AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. GOOD SPEEDY SERVICE.

I made 3 bookings one after the other with A2B Transfers, the only thing I found that I did not like is the fact that I had to make each booking separately, therefore I incurred a £1.00 charge on top for each booking made with my debit card.

If there was a separate button to ask 'if you wanted to add further bookings' this would have been of use to me, especially as most of the information was duplicated in each booking.

lastly after I printed the e-ticket, I then got an email saying to print two copies, one for myself and one for the driver, I could not find how to go back in and re-print the e-ticket, so had to get it photocopied.

I have not used my e-ticket / transfers with A2B yet, so cannot comment on the service etc yet.

A very straightforward web site, no unnecessary questions, an example of how all booking websites should be.

Straightforward and simple to organise transfers on the website when putting your own holiday package together, used their service before and the coach driver was very helpful friendly and professional, also cheaper than some other transfer services.

Can't understand why you have to put your outbound flight details before inbound. This was very confusing but reverted when the confirmation email was received.

Having used this service in both Portugal & the Netherlands there was no difference in the expertise and efficient transportation. We tend to have a private Taxi and in all instances the drivers have been wonderful.

Having used this company last year, and will be using them again this year. I booked flights, hotel accommodation for my son and his family online and needed transfers to and from the airport the web site was so easy to use, the vehicles they use are almost new and very clean I would highly recommend them xxj

Very straight-forward to organise. There was an efficient greeting at the airport with clear instructions and an equally efficient, friendly pick-up. They were happy to liaise with hotel to organise porters and to ensure that everything ran smoothly. It is exactly the service that you would hope for, and at a very reasonable price.

Special requests not included in confirmation

Everything worked wonders with my Buenos Aires transfer: the booking process was fast and efficient, got the voucher immediately; the transfer was punctual with the driver being corteous and friendly. I would just add the possibility to earn frequent flyer miles with each booking. Let´s say I can add up some Qmiles or Skymiles with my transfers booked via A2Btransfers, that would be terrific!

A2B only as good as the local service providers with whom they work. The provider in Barcelona was worse than hopeless. Did not appear for the booked 09.00 pick up. Eventually, after phone call arrived at 10.45. There was no regular shuttle service at 09.00, 11.00 and 12.30 from cruise port to airport as suggested and we were eventually collected by a driver rerouted from an existing 10.30 local hotel pick up. Had our flight time been earlier we would have been in a right mess. A2B provided a full refund.

Using Internet Explorer, I was having problems getting to a particular
page of the A2B website. After several phone calls and emails to different departments of A2B, I discovered my browser was out of date (silly me!).
A member of the support team suggested I download Chrome and lo and behold, problem solved. Without exception, the staff of A2B were patient, courteous and constructive so, many, many thanks.

Hello, I've used A2B a few times now but In particular I would like to mention September 2016 my flight to PMI was severely delayed, I arrived in small hours of the morning. Whereas you could imagine a company leaving you to your own devices A2B were ready waiting with a specially laid on taxi to whisk me off to my resort for which I still am very very grateful
