While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Annoyed customer

My husband had a lung transplant and needs to do a breathing test everyday with a home lung monitor. In ordered a mouthpiece and on webpage it says (25 pieces) which to me that means I will get 25 mouthpieces, NOT I got one. What is one gonna do him when they only last so long and are considered disposable?

It was hard to get customer service

Getting in touch with customer service was difficult. I placed an order and needed a tax refund. I followed up right away via email per the instructions on their website. I received no response. I called 2 days later, and the agent I spoke with said they would take care of the refund by the end of the day. I never heard back from them. I followed up again the next day via email, no response. Called again 5 days later, spoke with another agent, who promised the refund would be processed by the end of the day. They provided me their direct email. I wrote them at the end of the day, never received a response. The only way I was able to get help was by copying all of the customer service managers on an email and requesting read receipts. They processed my refund, but never wrote me anything, just sent a notification of a refund processing. Disappointing process - and this is coming from someone who works in customer service for a living.
