Ordered a product and payment was made…
Ordered a product and payment was made which they confirmed. I was given an order number.
After 3 weeks, no communication or confirmation. I emailed them 3 times to no response.
I lodged a dispute with my bank to reverse the transaction.
Their marketing and website looks professional but they do not function as such.
One month later, I still received zero communication. I do not expect to hear from them as the messages either go unread or someone there knows they seriously screwed up that they don't have the dignity to reply now.
