Was initially cautious & sceptical about launching into a discussion with someone who after some searching questions about the cars history did identify themselves as a dealer. However, after some lengthy discussions we reached a mutually agreeable price for the sale to progress. The process after that was very professional, completed to an agreed timescale, great communication and more hassle free than a lot of private sales that have experienced with previous vehicle sales. I was confident in the pedigree of the car I was selling and would be reassured by the in depth checking of the car prior to completion if I was someone looking to buy a car from them.

We used AAB to sell our (much loved) Mercedes Cabriolet and dealt with Louis.
Throughout the process AAB and Louis were straightforward and honourable in their dealings with us. The process was clear and very well managed with superb communication. It was a good outcome for both of us.

The interaction was clear, fair and good honest service. Ben and his team have a tight ship. Ben offered a fair price. Brad and Dave turned up and did their checks thoroughly. Ben was absolutely brilliant and very sincere. He gave me a great price for my car and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and everything was explained clearly.

As arranged, the collection team, Brad & Dave,arrived the next day and were both really friendly, professional, and courteous. They even called ahead to keep me updated, which was very much appreciated. They handled everything, and I would like to thank them for waiting with me until all the funds were in my bank account.

Very easy and pleasant experience.
Louis rang me and made an offer for my BMW 2 Series - he wasn’t pushy at all. I accepted the offer and Brad and Dave came to collect the car a few days later. They were all a pleasure to deal with! Really recommend.
