We had our Elektroblock caravan charger repaired as it started producing 29 volts instead of about 13 volts. The caravan charging system is more complex than I imagined and Martin went above and beyond to provide lots of information and advice about the replacement battery and how to look after it to avoid overcharging it in the future. I can't recommend him highly enough
