Absolutely awful. Would not suggest doing business under any circumstances

I made an enquiry about an installation and was told I needed a bespoke register plate, I asked what the benefit was over my current plate and was told it was more professional. I understood this but wondered if there were any other benefits, when I did this I was told 'it's professional if you don’t like it call someone else' and he hung up. I called back, in case we'd been cut off but was told 'I couldn’t be bothered to speak to you'. Considering their website says they are happy to answer questions I thought this was a bit of a strange way to do business.

The next guy I called was far more helpful, explained the reasoning for replacing the register plate and I'm now using them instead.

I was given this company's name as a referral, I've fed back to the client who gave me their details and they won’t be using them anymore.

For my money it's an unbelievable rude, short-sighted an unprofessional way to do business.
