I am so happy with my Custom Legacy Necklace from Abbott Lyon. I got it with my mum and dads birthstones which is so special to me as my dad passed away unexpectedly in 2023, so having something like this is so beautiful in his memory, and to honour the gorgeous love him and my mum had. It was delivered quickly, it’s stunning quality and just like all the other Abbott Lyon things I have, I absolutely love it!

Personalised item was ordered on 3rd April well in advance of when it was required. On the 23rd of May it was updated to "on its way" on the website and on my An Post app with "info received".
I made contact with customer service as the status had not changed for a number of weeks. Santana was great to deal with and kept me updated as to where my item was. On 16th June I received an email stating that the item was lost in transit.
An option of receiving a replacement item was given with the estimated date of delivery 15th September. I requested a refund and this was done straight away.
My advice when purchasing from this website is ensure you leave plenty of time for delivery even with the estimated time of delivery given.

Love about Lyon pieces !! Delivery is so fast and quality is incredible
