I ordered a bay window curtain pole. Made sure I ordered the correct size. Order shipped as soon as possible after the Christmas break and arrived soon after. Everything went as I hoped and the finished result is awesome. No issue and would recommend

DO NOT USE!!
Ordered a pair of curtains from them and they gave the wrong house number to the delivery company. They lied about this and said all my address details were correct.
I have had to do all the chasing with the delivery company to find out what is going on.
The curtains are now lost and they are dragging their feet in issuing a refund.
They have shown zero customer service from the start and they are trying to put the blame on me rather than sorting the problem they caused.

Very poor customer service who weren't…
Very poor customer service who weren't interested in my issue with a 120cm blind that doesn't fit a 120cm window properly. Apparently, the blind material isn't supposed to measure 120cm, new on me. Nothing mentioned in the description and so I'm supposed to pay return postage. Won't use them again. Bought through Amazon from them.
