The experience could be more tailored to individuals, particularly in regard to FET. However, nurses were all amazing and communication throughout was great.

I wouldn’t have my beautiful boy with me without yall. TTC and fertility journey can be very difficult and overwhelming! with the entire support my Family got from ABC it was an amazing one and we are so glad to have come across the company. A very big thank you to the entire team of ABC. Our dreams of becoming a parent became easier because of you. Forever Grateful. Absolutely recommend xx

My treatment at ABC Cardiff was incredible! The nurses were all so caring and supportive, especially Jen who saw me through most of my procedures and scans. She was reassuring, honest and kind and made the journey so much easier to go through. No question was ever too silly or unimportant and she put me and my husband at ease through every stress and worry. Thank you so much to the whole team at Cardiff and Bristol for their amazing support!

Chose to go down the route of solo mum by choice and I’m extremely happy with the service from Cardiff/bristol clincs,had two rounds of ivf & now have a little miracle baby boy born 30/12/23 can’t thank Emily & debs enough for they’re support,so welcoming,friendly and professional,over the moon to have my little baby now,I shall be back for a sibling for the future for definite,thanks so much, Georgia

The staff at both Cardiff and Bristol clinic were very professional during my ivf cycle. They couldn’t do enough and if ever you had any concerns or worries they was only a phone call away. We was kept up to date with our treatment and everything. We knew what the plan was going forward and it was all explained in detail. I personally can’t thank Debbie enough from the Cardiff clinic for all that she done for us. Just one example I had an injection that was faulty and didn’t work and she came out of her way to meet me with a replacement one out of her work hours. It all went smoothly, and we was every happy with the process of all even more so it worked first time. Our little girl is now 9 months old.

Debra and Emily are brilliant and provide a friendly and helpful manner and service. Sadly the overarching processes at the clinic are a disappointment. I have had 3 unsuccessful rounds now, on the last one, following my negative pregnancy test, I had a positive test a week later. I had stopped taking my hormones and this could have jeopardised the pregnancy.

Such a positive experience from start to finish. Very reasonably priced and great service. I overstimulated which wasn’t the best experience however ABC were great at both Cardiff and Bristol and very supportive. Any questions I had they would reply very quickly. I also asked for a video of our ICSI procedure which Bristol were happy to provide.

Our only surviving embryo was a success first time and we are delighted to have a lovely 3 week old little girl Marnie. Couldn’t have been achieved without ABC. Watch this space for a sibling in a few years!

Started our IVF journey in July. Fantastic team at ABC Cardiff. Very helpful, professional service and speedy appointments. Any help or advice I needed I had a reply the same day. So glad we picked ABC. And also our first time trying for IVF and we are now 9 weeks pregnant. Thank you all involved you have made our dream come true.

Highly recommend abc! Definitely the cheapest around!
I rang up in may for an appointment with a nurse in may had my medication in August along with my egg retrieval and an embryo implanted on the 1st if September! We were lucky enough to convince a healthy baby girl and gave birth in July! Nurse Debbie was lovely along with all the staff at the abc in bristol! Always felt in good hands :)

After many years of ivf and failed cycles we finally got out miracle using abc! We are so happy and will forever be grateful for the clinic. All staff and drs were lovely and welcoming in Bristol and Cardiff clinics.

We have seen Debbie the nurse in the Cardiff clinic alot as well and she was the best nurse ever! So attentive, caring and understanding, we couldn't have asked for better. Even after we had our little boy she still contacted us to see how things were and as we didn't find out what we were having at the time she was very excited to find out we had a boy!
We will definitely be going back in the future if needed for our little frozen emby that's awaiting us, when we are ready to possibly give our boy a sibling! And we hope Debbie is still there when we do!

Thank you to everyone at the ABC ivf clinic Cardiff (especially Debbie). We highly recommend this clinic. The whole ivf process was quick, even though we did have some set backs along the way, we started the process at the end of July and had our positive pregnancy test on the 18th August. The pregnancy itself wasn’t easy but our little miracle Halo was born on the 11th April 2022. She really is worth every penny spent

I'm sat here with my 8 week old baby all thanks to ABC. My husband and I had been trying for 5 years, had paid for tests privately prior to finding out about ABC and were told we had unexplained infertility. We were actually saving for IVF with another clinic when my friend sent me a link to ABC which was cheap enough for us to book there and then.

Debbie Jeffries was my fertlity nurse in Cardiff - the kindest, most honest and caring nurse I could wish for. We laughed so much and I believe her friendly personality putting me at ease was the reason why IVF worked for us and first time too.

Egg collection and transfer was in Bristol. Dr Spyrros and the lovely staff in reception and theatre were so kind and understanding. We had 10 eggs collected, 3 made it to day 5. Due to increased oestrogen levels I had to have a frozen transfer, it cost 1050 more for this but I'm so glad as I developed mild OHSS and I don't think the embryo would have had best chance if transfered at this point as even though only mild OHSS I was quite poorly for three days. We paid an extra 1000 for freezing, but this wasn't an extra cost as we had planned to freeze extras and had paid this anyway.

The Bristol clinic called to check how I was following removal, and Debbie phoned myself and my husband regularly to check on my recovery and booked me in to scan me.

8 weeks after egg removal (after my second 'bleed') I had the frozen embryo transfer. This was successful and I still have two frozen embryos waiting. When I emailed Debbie to say I was pregnant I had the most lovely reply. We then paid for the extra meds which we were prepared for as it is on the website and Debbie had explained this to us in our treatment consultation (this is also the case in other fertlity clinics).

I without a doubt would recommend ABC to anyone with fertility issues. I was 37 going to them. I visited their website for the first time and booked appointments online in December 2020 for January 2021 where I had follicle, womb scan etc and online treatment appointment. (My husband already had sperm check from previous clinic and I had AMH levels and results from dye test and xray).March 1st I was having egg removal. I had FET end of April, May I had my positive pregnancy test result Just to give an idea of how quick the process can be if you want it. Would highly recommend ABC to anyone. They're honest and genuinely care.

We have been trying to conceive for the past 3 year, we had a diagnosis of unexplained infertility. Once we made the decision to go private I immediately started searched online and came across abc fertility. I made an appointment via telephone with the Cardiff branch, I immediately felt at ease from the very first contact, something I had not felt from other clinics. Communication was amazing throughout the service and all staff were extremely accommodating.
All staff at the Cardiff and Bristol branch (where I had the egg collection) were so friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the ET was unsuccessful due to structural issues. This was extremely upsetting, although I could not thank Dr Rostom enough. He identified how it had made me feel and went over and above to offer help, support and guidance. All staff were also extremely kind and caring and the aftercare I received was fantastic.
Thankfully I have managed to have an operation to address the problem and I’m hoping to return to the clinic very soon to continue with FET.
I highly recommend ABC fertility, I could not have asked for a better clinic to help us on our journey. Thank you 😊

Myself and my partner Danny contacted ABCIVF and were immediately impressed by the professionalism and empathy.
From day 1, all staff were great! We dealt mostly with our fertility nurse Debbie based in Cardiff and she is the most amazing person ever!
After all tests and egg collection, we had 2 viable embryos.
We were able to go ahead with a fresh embryo transfer and had the other frozen.
Unfortunately, this cycle was not successful but I have every faith that when we are ready to proceed with our frozen embryo, that it will work.
We highly recommend AbcIvf.
The aftercare has also been amazing and the support offered is incredible!
