i ordered a gift for Christmas in December of 2013..all the website ever says is that it was shipped..I have e-mailed and never got an answer. It's now September 2014!

Ordered a novelty lighter from this company back in March. Received a shipping notification somewhat quickly with tracking numbers that were bogus. Tried contacting the company and every email that I get back keeps saying "give it time"!!! Well it is now August and although I have disputed the charge with Paypal I still have yet to receive my money back OR the product!! They now say I won't get a refund until Ocotober!!!!! COMPLETELY BOGUS---DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Criminals.
Received a "shipping notification" on January 13th, it is now February 13th and have heard nothing, they will not answer, e-mails, and they have no other contact information. This company is completely fraudulent, I don't care if it was less than $20.. we will be taking legal action...somebody has to.
