Poor service

Poor service. Machine turned up nearly 3 1/2 hours late. Poor communication with promises of ‘ Its on route ‘ or ‘ It should be with you in the next 30 mins’. Emails unanswered in advance and when asked to compensate for the late arrival they simply ignored this. Machine was littered with cigarette packets and red bull cans when it turned up. Thankfully the delivery driver noticed and he collected these. Floor of machine littered with cigarette butts. Overall a very poor show. My advice would be to use another company.
