I originally left a 3-star review, but I’m updating it after a great experience. Customer service reached out to me, understood my issue, and refunded the difference as promised. I was surprised they followed up after almost a year and a half. Now I’m very happy, my trust is restored, and I’m giving 5 stars. I would definitely buy from them again.

Jennifer was accommodating, patient, knowledgeable and sweet. She helped me in the best way possible and did her best to help me save money. Fair pricing and quality products. You call, real people answer and help. Highly recommend Abe’s of Maine!

I've been seeking a major upgrade to my outdated camera equipment, and the whole process has been both intimidating and expensive for me. I accidentally ordered the wrong lens on the Abe’s of Maine website. I called customer service right away and spoke with Ted.
He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I told him which lens I meant to buy and he fixed everything. He said the lens would ship out that day and it arrived at my house at noon today. I called Ted to inform him the lens arrived safely and as promised.
He was very humble. Thank you again Ted.

Great experience buying from Abe’s. Purchased my Nikon D7500 from Michael at Abe’s 3 years ago and today he assisted me with the lens upgrade that best suited my needs. Will buy from him again

Ms. Jennifer Smith helped me to purchase a lens from Abes of Maine. I wanted to know what the prices difference between Abes and a competitor. She explained what the differences were in the warranty. She let me know why Abes charges less aand what was included and not included. And she even upsold me to a version that cost more but I understood why and I did not mind paying more. She was very professional and most of all she was nice. As opposed to another Abes customer service agent who was mean, did not want to answer question just. He just wanted to make a sale. If it were not for Jen I would not have never bought anything else from Abes Again god bless Jennifer.
