It was my first time order for delivery to China and I was impressed with Geraldine and her team for an excellent customer service.

Wrong bouquet, late and left on shared path in the full sun, 100m from house. So nobody was aware they were there and wilted in sun.

We are a travel agency and our customer wanted to deliver a bouquet to a hotel in Seoul. This was very important as it was Mother's Day.
We are very grateful and appreciated , A Better Florist agreed to complet and deliver the bouquet on Sunday.
It was especially pleasant that all our individual wishes were taken into account, the size of the bouquet was changed.
I also want to note the honest answer that there is no certain type of flowers on this date,( a sunflower,) and we were offered to replace them with herberas. the customer agrees, but A Better Florist did not stop the search to find these flowers. Finally, a sunflowers was found and the bouquet turned out exactly like a sample!
Delivery was made right on time, we were quickly informed that it was done.
The company was always in touch and responded very quickly,

The presentation of the flowers seems to be from a street vendor at the stop light and not from a professional florist.

The similarity between what you sell and what you deliver is zero.

As a buyer, you always want to be surprised and get more than what you paid for, and as a seller, you always want to surprise your client and overdeliver.

I was a bit skeptical at first but their communication was GradeA! I appreciate their reassurance that my order would be delivered in a timely manner.

I was so pleased with this delivery. I forgot about fathers day and needed a very last minute delivery. On a Sunday. To my dad in hospital. The delivery got there within two hours. He was so happy ! Thank you so much. I really appreciate it.

This was my first order with this company and I am so pleased. Ordering flowers to be delivered in another country within 24 hours was easily done with a few clicks. The flowers were delivered as promised, there was an unforeseen issue with the recipient and they worked with us to get the flowers delivered to an alternate address. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful . I will use them again.

Crappy Service, Safe to say Scam

I live in New York and buy flowers for my mum in Singapore at least twice a year. I have tried other services but nothing beats a better florist when it comes to their creativity, promptness and quality of the blooms. The Wine also helps! Keep up the amazing work.

I had selected the flowers that were displayed on their website only to be emailed on the day of delivery that they do not have in stock. A change was recommended and I agreed to this - the delivery date remained unchanged

Then I received an email on the day of the scheduled delivery that the flowers were successfully delivered.

48 hours later, we have still not received the flowers

(and I am a repeat customers - several times over)

I am happy with the service. the admins are very responsive. they deliver my order on time. I recommend this shop. I will order again in this shop next time.

I ordered from one of their local branches (Swedish Flowers). The team was very responsive to my emails and extremely nice. They offered a second delivery time (for free!), because my friend was not at home (and was not picking up her phone).

My friend sent me pictures of the flowers she received and they look as beautiful as the pictures I saw online (in their website) while ordering.

Same day delivery for my wife's bday. Appreciate the high level of service and quality!
