To start with they charged my PayPal $9…

To start with they charged my PayPal $9 more than what my total was. When I brought that to their attention they did refund that. Then they sent me an email saying my product had been shipped with a shipping number. Problem is when you click on that link it said that they couldn't find that shipment and it stayed that way for weeks and weeks and weeks I ordered the product on April 18th or 19th today is May 16th and I still have not received it but when I email them they keep telling me it is coming and they can't refund the money as long as it's in the mail. Excuse me, I haven't gotten it but because you say you shipped it you can't refund my money.
