Fab throughout and the suit was an amazing fit and colour brilliant and looks very smart and the pocket watch finishes it off to.

Emails to ask how does the suit fit. If it had been delivered I would be able to reply. Suit ordered on the 4th sept, DHL tracking provided on the 10th, problem with that is DHL have not received the parcel. Ordered against my better judgement given the reviews and warning when checking out with klarna. No replies from emails sent in reply to customer services.

Update the suit arrived. Just a shame the feedback until this review was posted was very slow or non existent.
Will need to exchange some of order but the suit is more than ok quality wise

Bought a suit, packaging worst come across. Quality poor. Sent back Still waiting over 4.5 weeks for refund. Company take ages to respond, apologies by email and says will process soon. Credit card company will now take it up with them as only way forward.
Avoid Avoid all costs.

Absolutely appalling customer service!
My partner ordered a suit from this company and had to return it as the quality and fit was poor. He paid £15 to return the suit that I originally paid £179 for and was advised that the return would take 14 days to hit my account.
Its now 5 weeks later and after following up on the return multiple times, he's been refunded £100?!
The company seems like an absolute scam and I would avoid at all costs.

First time buyer from Abitto, but won't be the last. Excellent product, delivered within the timeline promised. The tweed suit is high quality and a good fit to the sizing quoted and also excellent value. Look forward to continued purchasing for the future. I'm glad I found Abitto!

I ordered four knitted tie(s) in maroon, two weeks before my wedding. With the understanding that it would be 5-7 working days. After 8 working days, and no conformation of shipment, I emails to ask if they would arrive on time. I received an email two days later stating that they have now been shipped. The delivery arrived one day before I was leaving for my wedding, and there was ONE tie and not the FOUR I ordered, and that tie was RED. I have tried to call (waited 30 minutes and gave up) and I have emailed asking someone to call, with no response. My order number is #27956. My groomsmen and myself are now left scrambling for the ties we wanted the day before our big day!

I ordered the suit on a luck and a prayer, not having heard of Abitto before. The suit arrived the next day. The fit for me was perfect. 40 jacket, 38 waistcoat, 32 trousers. The quality is superb and, unlike other sites, looks exactly as the picture. Well made and quality materials. The companies communications is also first rate. Highly recommend. When the suit arrives it does need hanging or a couple of days for any creases to fall out. Great stuff, top notch. Worth every one of the 5 stars.

Bought a new suit for my stepdaughters wedding delivered very efficiently and well packaged. Suit is good quality and well sized, very impressed. Really pleased to be able to get a suit in my size so easily, I'm 6'6" tall and 21 stone, can't fault them will definitely use them again 👍

I was after a suit for my daughter's wedding in October and could not find anything suitable in shops. My Good lady came across the Abitto site and was pleasantly suprised with what was on offer by Abitto. I made my descision on the suit I would like and placed the order.

I have to say on arrival the suit was perfect and well-tailored and made from good high quality material and the blue herringbone colour is lovely. The attention to detail was impecable. The jacket and waist coat fit perfectly and well tailored which I chose using the sizing guide available on the page. The Jacket has proper surgeon's cuff's unlike some jackets out there where they do fake versions of this. Abitto should use this as a selling point on their page for their Jackets. This was a great bit of craftsmanship on the jacket.

The trousers size I ordered was an error by me on my initial selection so I will do a return for the correct size so I am suitable dressed, comfortable and stylish for the big occassion.

The quality and fit of the suit was excellent. The colour was beautiful, just the right shade of blue for a tropical wedding. The waistcoat was a particularly well tailored garment which slimmed down my fiancés rather rotund figure. My only slight concern was the length of time I had to wait for it. However, when I contacted Abitto, I was assured it would arrive in plenty of time for our big day and it did.

I was searching the Internet desperately looking for a suit for my husband to wear to a forthcoming wedding. When I came across Abitto's website it was like a dream come true.
My husband is very tall and wide and has always struggled to get trousers, shirts, jumpers and jackets that fit. Items off the peg are just a waste of time. If he finds the right width, it's always then too short or the right length is always too small. Therefore to obtain suitable clothing if quality has always proved difficult, time consuming and costly. But shopping with Abitto was a great experience, my husband simply found a three piece suit he liked and then selected his exact measurements. Then waited for it to be delivered.
The suit arrived in less than 2 weeks and it was great quality and a perfect fit. It looked just as good (if not better) as some suits he has had tailor made after several fittings in person.
Abitto also took time to check in on us, to make sure everything was okay after we received the suit too, which personalised the experience and they were quick to respond after I raised a question. We are so pleased and relieved to have discovered Abitto. It's so nice to think, that we don't need to go through all the hassle and cost getting suits, trousers or jackets from anywhere else. We would definitely recommend Abitto to anyone who is looking for a well fitted quality suit at a reasonable price.

Dreadful company totally unprofessional and utterly shameless! The items were ordered on 1st April. The items were of poor quality and not true to size - massively oversized

The items were delivered on the 12th April … I emailed the company on the 17th April to request a return as per the instructions on the enclosed advice note but heard nothing back so I forwarded the original email and returned the items on the 26th April also writing on the advice note that due to not hearing back from them and nearing the 14 working day return cut off I was returning the items via tracked and signed for Royal Mail at my own expense - the 10th working day from delivery!

They emailed back saying that I was out of time for a refund but as a good will gesture would honour a credit note - the audacity of it! After pointing out to them that their website states 14 WORKING days to return items and these were actually returned to them on the 10th working day after delivery taking into account the two weekends during that period, they eventually agreed to refund in full.

Another week passes and still no refund in sight so sent them an email. Receive an email back from them stating that the refund is being dealt with by the relevant department and will be processed asap.

Another week passes and yet again no refund! Another email sent to them but this time it is ignored so had to open a case with credit card company. Thankfully I paid with a credit card as I always do if PayPal is not an option and I am not sure about the company.
Finally received my refund almost 2 months after starting the process but only because I involved the credit card company.

Basically they tried every trick in the book to avoid refunding eventually resorting to ignoring me when they knew they had no valid reason to refuse … steer well clear!

Great quality suit, ordered for a specific event owing to the advertised 2 day delivery although ended up waiting nearly a week and had no reply to my chase up email. When it did arrive the courier delivered on the wrong day despite tracking and giving instruction.

Great customer service and amazing quality with speedy delivery

I bought a suit a few weeks ago, arrived on time but the colour, texture and general fit wasn't to my liking. I sent it back with all the tags on and within their return policy. It has been over 25 working days and still no refund.
I feel the company is wasting time and just wants to keep the money and has no interest in customer satisfaction.

Don't buy from this company otherwise you won't see your money again.

I brought a suit for a wedding in July but the suit arrived too late, so I had to purchase an alternative suit to wear.

I returned back the suit order number 27282 and was promised a refund within 14 working days. We are now in September and I have not been given back my refund. I have emailed Rachel three times and she promised on both occasions the money will be refunded. I would like to say this is a terrible service and I’m still waiting for my £189.99 refund
No refund received and it does not take long for the money to be transferred into my account.

Terrible service, never pick up phone or reply to your messages, I tried returning the suit as I was not happy with their quality, every time I got through and as soon as I mention return they cut me off, I buy on average 6 suits a year, it was my first time buying from them but 100% will not be a returning customer
