SCAMMERS .I ordered 2 suits for my…

SCAMMERS .I ordered 2 suits for my daughters wedding the 1st one arrived quickly but the quality and the fit were atrocious. Emailed and cancelled the 2nd suit and they replied quickly saying i would get refunded for both ..... 4 months later and still no refunds. No answer to any emails I send ??? Anyone know how we can get the money back from these scammers.

STAY WELL CLEAR !!!!!!
Ordered a suit and was told it would be delivered in a week. 6-7 weeks later if finally arrived and not what it was made out to be. Sizes were all wrong. Quality was poor. I then sent items back for a refund which they never intended on doing. So now I’m £250 out of pocket and 6 months down the line still not a word from them. They then removed all contact details from their website! Scammers at their finest!!!!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!

Having ordered from Abitto before I ordered a jacket and waistcoat from them in the same size and style as previously purchased, this was back in December 2024.

The items arrived and were too small, I checked the paper labels which read the correct sizes but further investigation found that the size labels sewn into the garmets were several sizes smaller hence why they didn’t fit.

I’ve spent almost two months trying to get replacement items of the correct size after returning the original items and just receive emails from a complete idiot called “Rachel A” who ignores the content of my emails and instead writes utter rubbish.

I have not received either replacement items or a full refund and they now ignore my emails so I have reported Abitto to my bank and requested a refund via them.

I can honestly say this company are appalling to deal with and woukd therefore avoid at all cost.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Cheap badly made suits!!

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The suit they sent me was horribly ill-fitting, cheaply made, and looked nothing like advertised. The material was so flimsy it might as well have been a Halloween costume.

To make matters worse, their customer service is a joke. They refused to issue a refund and stopped replying altogether. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back.

This company is a scam—selling garbage and hiding behind a no-refund policy. Stay far away.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a 3 piece suit, trousers definitely not the slim fit advertised and around 6 inches longer than regular length. The breast pocket on the jacket was sewn shut and the lining in one of the sleeves was fraying. The waistcoat lining was perfectly ok on one side, the other side had the raw edged inside seam on the outside. Sent back for a refund well within the 14 days and received an email offering tailoring service which was refused.
Contacted them regarding the refund which had not yet been issued and was told by “Rachel” that they had received the return and the suit was currently being checked pending refund. Another two emails regarding the non existent refund received the same response.
We are now several more emails in, all of which have been ignored. Today is 21/01/25. Still no refund . Another email has just been sent advising Abitto that the matter is now in the hands of the credit card issuer.
Absolutely shocking customer service, don’t touch this company. The suits may look as though they’re a good price but be warned, it’s highly likely you will have to buy elsewhere before you get your money back from this company!

DO NOT order from this shop. They are a joke of a company and I only wish I looked at the reviews before doing so.

absolutel horrendous customer service and I still haven't received my suit or been refunded my money.

Scammers

Abitto sent me a suit that was fairly good material, but nothing like the size I ordered.
I returned the suit, which was acknowledged 16/12/2024. However, I have not had a refund and none of my correspondence has been replied to.
Beware of this company of scammers.

Do not use

Poor quality clothes and service hiding behind a glitzy online Ad campaign. Scammers but luckily I used a credit card so have protection. This experience has put me off using smaller online retailers

Worst company I have ever bought from. Suits are poor quality and it's impossible to get a refund. After several months of trying I have had to claim back through my credit card company. Avoid!

They do not abide by their own T&C's

They do not abide by their own terms and conditions and give smaller independent online business's a bad name. I will be sticking to trusted large retailers in future as getting this company to issue refunds according to their own T&C's & the Consumer Contracts Regulations is hard work and requires stamina, endless emails and patience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT'S A CON!! Ordered a wedding suit which arrived and was not what I was hoping for so sent this back in perfect condition. Abitto confired receipt and my refund was on the way. Nearly 4 months later and NO REFUND! I have chased, emailed and tried to call. This is the worst on line suit shop ever. Save your hard eraned money and spend with a company that is legitimate and appreciates your custom. Now contacting the police and on line fraud for further action.

Poor quality and no refund

Ordered a suit last year which arrived, sizes were not as described, poor quality so emailed the same day to arrange a return and refund. 5 emails sent now and no reply. The phone number on their website is out of service. Complete scam, reporting to trading standards authority.

Wow!

Wow, looks like i spent just under £500 on two shit suits. One was returned unworn and this was back in September. I have emailed numerous times and now being ignored.

No refund and one cheap crappy suit for £500. Wish I spent the £500 in Moss Bros and got a good quality suit and service. AVOID

Very similar experience to everyone

Very similar experience to everyone, after ordering a suit for quick delivery it never arrived in time for the event.
Returned the suit once it arrived because it did not fit. Abbito claim they have not received the return. I filed a complaint with klarna. They could not sort it. Avoid this company at all costs.
I'm currently having to pay for a suit that I do not own this is pure criminality. This company needs to be investigated.

Avoid using this company

Stay clear of this company. I’ve still not had any communication from them over a returned suit and they did not provide a refund, so instructed my bank to challenge this transaction and they now have the audacity to challenging the refund with my bank. Even though I followed there return instructions implicitly. Avoid this company

Avoid at all costs!!!

Terrible service, Suit returned and refund requested, the usual response 7 - 14 working days. Needless to say I have received nothing!!!!! I called their customer services and answer machine informed me there was no such number!! Please avoid this company at all costs!!! I only gave one star to complete the review, they deserve a negative minus 5 stars!!

I would give no stars if possible !

I would give no stars if possible !! Do not buy from this site unless you want to be scammed out of money !! My partner ordered a suit for a wedding and paid extra so it would arrive on time, safe to say it arrived 2 days after the wedding then he had to pay £13 to return the suit despite the fact that it was through no fault of his own the suit needed to be returned. He received an email on the 21/10/24 to state that the suit had been received and he would receive a refund in 14 working days. It is now the 18/12/24 still no refund and he has attempted to contact the website on multiple platforms all of which seem to be ignoring all forms of contact. He has now had to go through citizens advice who are looking into the matter. Complete disgrace especially on the run up to Christmas !!
