Jon came today to fix my water tank, he was really friendly and chatty, kept me well informed. Highly recommended.

I recently had a new boiler fitted by Jamie and Jacob. I seldom leave reviews but on this occasion I felt I really must. Product knowledge, professionalism, customer service and general good manners were all 5*. Very impressive from start to finish. We are always very impressed with Able Plumbing. It's such an advantage to have the visit on the same day as our request. Sam had a challenging task to remove a worn shower control, but he was able to fit the new wall mounted control and then remove and insert an awkward basin waste plug. Nothing is too difficult for every plumber they send and everything is left in excellent condition. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this local plumbing team! Alex recently installed our new bathroom and did an amazing and professional job from start to finish. He was punctual, worked quietly, and kept everything clean and tidy throughout. Alex was considerate and respectful in our home, which made the whole experience stress-free. We are delighted with the results! We have used Able MK plumbing several times and they have been consistently excellent.

Responded to my phone call about a leak from bathroom into kitchen, arrived quickly and found and fixed the problem. Had to have tiles removed from side of bath, but came back a couple of weeks later and fitted new side bath panel. Very pleased with this company and would recommend them

Excellent overall experience. I reported a minor leak to my boiler and got a same day appointment. The engineer, Ben, was prompt, knowledgeable and professional, quickly identifying and fixing the problem and explaining what he was doing at all stages. I've now used Able several times and they have always provided exemplary service.

Easy to book on line, excellent follow up communication, arrived on time, work completed thoroughly and fair pricing.

Our initial contact was with Billy, their project manager. He came and viewed the site, gave us really sensible guidance and recommendations and was on hand throughout our project for help and advice where we needed it.

Chris delievered the physical project. He was a star from start to finish. Great communicator, always arrived punctually, very respectful of our home, and extremely hard working. Chris is a complete perfectionist, down to the very last detail, and the work he did exceeded all of our expectations.

We were quite nervous going in to this project as it’s not something we’ve attempted before. It wasn’t a straightforward job, there were several unforeseen complications along the way, but Chris and Billy supported us with everything, thoroughly, professionally and precisely. Excellent service when we discovered a leaking valve on our high pressure hot water tank. Came out the same day as our call, Sam was brilliant sorted thd problem and a reasonable price.

I obtained an appointment very quickly - 2 days - following my call to report an issue with my boiler. Jon arrived on time and was quick to diagnose the problem which he fixed. I was advised to replace a part which had deteriorated so as to avoid further problems. Jon is friendly, explanatory and helpful. I’m very happy with this company whom I have used before and will use again.
