I’ve been ordering from ABOUT YOU for a while now, and they have quickly become one of my go-to online fashion stores. The platform’s brand selection is impressive, ranging from premium premium labels to everyday casual wear, and the sizing advisor tool is surprisingly accurate at predicting the right fit across different manufacturers.
The app is incredibly easy to navigate with sharp filtering options that let you sort by very specific garment details, which saves a lot of time. Delivery has always been quick (usually arriving well within 4–5 days via local courier), and the items arrive securely packaged and in perfect condition. When I’ve had to process a return, the paperwork was straightforward and the refund was handled within a reasonable window. Overall, a highly reliable and modern shopping experience.

The products that I ordered was exactly as I expected ,and arrived in time.

Ordering is super easy, but the delivery took longer than mentioned in the app. However, I’m sure it was a crowded period for the carrier.

Good quality

Big variety of great quality clothing brands that fits my style. Most of them not present in mall's in my country.
I find it easy to make a good choice of the size I order, especially when you see a model wearing the product and it says the height of the model and what size it wears. I'm also happy that, lately, About You delivers at pick-up points so I can pick-up my order when I have the time to.

I recently ordered a pair of sneakers, when they arrived I tried them on and unfortunately they were too big for me, so I chose to return them, I have never found a 3-click return before when I returned something, and a big plus, the package box has a special strong adhesive if you want to return it and you don't have a box available (congratulations to the person and the team for such an idea). I left the package, the courier picked it up and in 5 days they transferred my money. I highly recommend it and with confidence!

My experience with About You has become extremely disappointing, despite being a loyal customer who consistently placed high-value orders, often exceeding €100–200 each time. The company has earned a substantial amount of money from my purchases, yet in return I received products that frequently did not justify their price at all.

The quality of some items is extremely poor: thin synthetic fabrics, cheap-looking materials, and low-quality finishing. On top of that, sizing is completely inconsistent. You order the same size across similar products and receive items with major differences in fit and measurements. It becomes impossible to trust that what you order will actually correspond to reality, making returns inevitable.

The most frustrating aspect is that, after benefiting from numerous expensive orders and long-term customer loyalty, they choose to treat customers as a problem when returns occur — even though those returns are often caused by their own lack of sizing standardization and questionable product quality.

Instead of taking responsibility for these obvious issues regarding sizing and quality control, they prefer to rely on generic statements about “economically unviable customer relationships.” This approach shows a serious lack of respect toward loyal customers who have continuously supported the platform through repeated and significant purchases.

In my opinion, both the customer service and the overall customer treatment have significantly deteriorated. I would not recommend this company.
