This company saved us so many headaches.

Getting a visa for India was proving to be time consuming and very complicated. When they returned my application after almost a month (because I had included a check instead of a money order), I realized I had very little time left, and I walked into A Briggs' office in Washington, DC, after googling "expedited visa" and reading the reviews. As soon as I entered, I felt that all of my worries were over and I was in good hands. Indeed, they did expedite the visas for us and we were all set for our trip! I recommended them to another person who was traveling with us and they were also very impressed with the service. I would highly recommend this company and I would trust them with any matter concerning visas or passports. They are very professional.

Great service and fast response.

I needed a visa for Brazil and time was the essence. ABriggs made the process extremely simple and my visa arrived exactly on week later to the day. I am very satisfied with this organization and will recommend them to friends and associates.

You all were fabulous-so very helpful!!!

We could never have gotten our visas on time without you. You were so helpful not only in advice about how to fill out the visa application but exactly what we needed to do to have a chance of getting it on time. Thank you again for your services. We would have missed the trip without you!

Excellant, fast, trustworthy, qualufied, and experienced in getting it done.

This company takes all stress from this part of the preparations of a planned out of the country trip, from you. They know how to get the job done quickly. They are worth the extra to take away the stress . Just provide what they need for your visa or passport , then sit back and know it is done. If they need more information they will contact you quickly too. Trust them. You wont be sorry.

Unmotivated to help

I tried to apply for a Chinese visa with the intention of receiving a one year, multi entry visa. However due to my father not having a Chinese visa that lasted that long (he invited me), they told me it would be impossible to get the one year multi entry and maybe even impossible to get a visa at all. I pushed for the one year and eventually they said they simply could not do it, all the while responding very coldly to my communication. With just a couple weeks until my trip, I went to VisaHQ and they did rush service faster and cheaper than ABriggs'. I really do not recommend ABriggs, they don't seem to be willing to help and are very obstinate in their policy.

Much help to get to China

They were extremely helpful in securing my visa to go to China. Without their help I would not have had it correct when I sent it the first time, and when they wanted more information due to my job, I would not have known what to do. They were very nice, helpful and timely.

Total peace of mind.

I've used Abriggs for two different trips abroad and have recommended them to travelers. I can rest assured knowing that all my paperwork is correct, and going to the right places. I particularly like the updates along the way so I know where my passport is. I always arrive at my destination confident that everything is in order.

Good guidance and great follow-up!

I had a last minute trip to China and India and needed a visa. My passport was previously renewed and China will not accept a valid visa in an expired passport. India will accept a valid visa in an expired passport. My Chinese visa was processed in a day after FedEx missed the first delivery. I got same day delivery out of New York on New Year's Eve. Spoke to the principal at the Boston office several times throughout the process with his assurances that I would get the visa in time for my early morning flight on 2 January. Good value for the very high service level. I have used ABriggs for years and recommend them to anyone that needs a visa or passport.

On time, totally satisfied since 2004

I have used the Washington office several times since 2004 and they always did the job without any problem. I've used them for advice, too. The Houston office did a timely job with on time delivery. This is a first class operation and I'm proud to be a customer of such an efficient company, Salut!

Worth it!

I'm so glad we decided to use this service rather than navigate the process ourselves. Professional, fast, and very helpful when we needed to fix some issues on our initial application. So, so, so worth the cost!

Worth the money if you need it

I have always dealt with my own visas, and I would not recommend to use a visa expediter routinely for countries that have a sensible visa process. However, there some countries out there whose visa process is just impenetrable. I needed a visa to go to India, and the Indian government had just changed the company that handles its visa applications. The instructions, process, and required documents were so incomprehensible and self-contradictory that it would have likely taken several attempts to get anything out (several others traveling to the same event who tried to navigate the process on their own did not succeed to get a visa). I contracted A A Briggs to do it for me and I have never had a smoother experience. Their website tells you exactly what they need, and two weeks later my passport was back with my visa. I cannot recommend them more highly to handle difficult visa cases.

A Briggs provides completely competent, professional service.

It costs a fair bit of money, but the service is real. There was a complication in my application (some stickler Chinese Government rule that I had no idea about). Briggs caught the error, explained the situation to me, and suggested a solution. Communication was always prompt, clear, and respectful. In the end, I got a full year's multi-entry tourist visa, as desired.
