Very friendly customer service. My order included a boxspring bed and delivery to Germany. No problem what so ever. Bed arrived on time and in very good condition. On top of that I saved a lot of money. I recommend absolutebeds to everyone, especially to customers abroad, who are looking for a different kind of bed for a good price.

I purchased a chest of drawers via ebay, and once the transaction was completed, delivery seemed to be low priority, had to chase several times on one occasion was told the drawers had been dispatched on the wednesday and would be with me early the following week, when this didnt happen i called again to be told the salesman i was dealing with was on holiday and the drawers were not dispatched until the friday and may be with me later in the week or the following week, at this point i found out the delivery company and drove down to collect the drawers myself from their depot 2 hrs away. Very poor service would not use this firm again.

From the first contact to the delivery they were excellent. The manager was prepared to move any of the mattresses to any of the bases, so that we could replicate our set up at home, as we were only buying a mattress.

In addition they were the cheapest retailer, online or on the high street.

we ordered the bed to be delivered to Germany. From the first contact to the smooth ordering process and the fast delivery it was a pleasant experience. I only can recommend Absolute Beds!

We were very happy with the service we received.

Following a delay in delivery I received two phone calls from Absolute Beds and their delivery company apologising for the delay and promising a prompt delivery the next week.

This was received on the delivery day and we were completely satisfied with with our purchase.

After much research we bought a Jensen bed ( best bed we've ever slept in) from Absolute Beds, they gave us the best price by far, they had fantastic product knowledge and the customer service was second to none. We had a problem with the instillation of the bed, but between Meyer at Absolute Bed and Jensen (the bed company) It was resolved to our satisfaction in a fast and efficient manner. I would highly recommend both these companies for their customer service, it a shame more companies can't be like this. I wouldn't buy a bed from anywhere else.

I was very impressed with the service I received from this company. I was able to discuss the order initially with soemone who had originally worked at the company where we had bought our bed. He gave me details of the options available for a replacement mattress and oversaw the process of ordering and delivery. The logistics company contacted me within the agreed timeframe and two very helpful men delivered the mattress and carried it upstairs for me. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a professional, reliable service.

I bought 3 beds and 4 mattresses. The veneer bed is always making noise, and all the mattresses have collapsed before the end of the 1st year of use. The spring in one has come out. I thought I would get value for my money but that was not the case.

The bed arrived on the day alloted, very pleased with the quality and service. 1 small plastic end piece had broken and we were sent 1 to replace by return of post.

Any dealings by e mail or telephone were all handled very efficiently.

Would definitely recommend to others.
