Absolutely NOT spotless. Far from it.

My tenants paid almost £450 for end of tenancy clean + shampoo carpets. Having visited the property today, the cleaning was completely sub standard, and the carpets had definitely not been shampooed, or even hoovered. Dreadful service. Have suggested they ask for a refund, the photos we took today clearly show lack of professional standard clean and lack of carpet cleaning. I’ve used this company before in previous years and was shocked at the service levels now. Very very poor.

I was moving out of my flat, the team brought everything with them, they were quick, thorough, hard working, cheerful and my appliances in the kitchen looked brand new. Everything about them was impressive. Highly recommended

I moved into a flat that had been cleaned by this company. They claim to leave the place ‘absolutely spotless’ but that is far from the case. They did not clean the kitchen properly at all, leaving crumbs and dirt still amongst the cabinets. The underside of the cabinets was disgusting (not their fault, but should have been cleaned). They did not clean the washing machine properly, or dust most of the flat.
When I called to complain, they were very short and defensive with me. When I brought up the washing machine, they claimed ‘the mould inside has penetrated the silicone - we can’t clean that’. I took one dettol wipe to the silicone and the dirt came off. They just didn’t clean it, simple as that.
They then sent the team back to ‘clean what they had missed’. All they did was poorly dust the top of the kitchen lights, and wipe quickly under the kitchen cabinets.
Save your money and use another company - this company charged the previous tenant an extortionate price to only clean for 2 hrs 45 mins. I have used another company for much cheaper and they did a fantastic clean across 5 hours.
Take the lack of good reviews here as a sign.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE A ROBBER AND SCAM!

My landlord arranged an end of tenancy cleaning using this company. Their initial quote seemed ok, £350+VAT for 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. However, when my landlord sent me the bill, they charged another £250+VAT, in total £720 because they said the flat required additional cleaning.

So they sent 3 cleaners and they did the cleaning for about 5 hours, so £48 per person/hour. I believe the market price for cleaners is £25-30. What does £48 hourly pay mean? It means the hourly salary for a 2-5 years working experience banker. Well done absolutelyspotless!

Additionally, the landlord said there were some marks in the toilet that they cannot clean and the new tenants also complained that some areas in the kitchen were very dirty which they should have cleaned.
