Buyer Beware
These guys can act like high pressure time share sales people in sheep’s clothing.

Just had a couple of calls with a guy named Dale from the ACA Group about canceling Time Shares. I got to say I really felt I was getting the same high pressure sales pitch that Time Share Salesmen are unfortunately known for. He offered illusionary discounts that came and went and came again. When I told him I didn’t appreciate his tactics and said they will be reflected in my review of them he threatened legal action. Ultimately I told him to f— off and hung up with him. It was the only way to stop him as he just refused to listen.

ACA Group is awesome and does what they advertise!!

So this journey has been a roller coaster ride. My first timeshare cancellation company charged me $17500 to help me get rid of two timeshare contracts, and within 14 months, they went out of business. Devastated but not defeated, I found ACA Group and looked at their reviews and spoke to them before signing on. Everytime I spoke with ACA, they reassured me that everything that can be done is being done. I'm a natural skeptic, and after my first horrible experience, was a little uncertain. Today, close to 20 months into this ACA Group journey, received documentation from the legal team and timeshare that both contracts have been cancelled!!!

ACA group to the rescue!!!

We just hired ACA group to get us out the timeshare scam we were drilled into. So far everything has been smooth with them but we still have a long run with them and we hope this will help us tremendously. They are amazing and very understandable and helful so far a good experience.

I had the exact same negative experience today…

I had the exact same experience today as the review posted on Nov 8th. The call proceeded very cordially and helpful until it came to discuss cost of service. Sebastian, sales representative, stated that I had to provide my credit card information and form of payment BEFORE he would send me the ACA contract, terms and conditions. He would NOT send me any information about the contract agreement until I provide my card information. When I protested and stated that I would not provide my payment information until after I reviewed the agreement, the rep became angry, raised his voice, cut me off, and talked over me. When I confirmed that I would not provide my card info until I reviewed the agreement, he hung up the call on me. This has every red flag of a boiler room sales philosophy.

Very disappointing

Just got off the phone with a rep from ACA, Dale C.
He was very nice to speak with. He explained the company's history and how their process works. He asked very pertinent questions relating to our situation. He put us on a brief hold to see if we qualified for their service. When he got back on the phone he told us we qualified, what the cost would be for their service and the different options to pay for the service. Still very pleasant conversation to that point. Their fee seemed reasonable.
Then his attitude and demeanor totally changed when we told him we were not going to make a decision today. He became almost threatening. He asked when he could get back to me. At that point I thought I was speaking to a totally different person. A typical used car salesman attitude. At than point my attitude changed about doing this timeshare exit cancellation process, especially with the ACA Group.

Timeshare since the 80’s

Yesterday afternoon, I made a call and had the pleasure of speaking with Erin, who provided invaluable assistance. We've held this timeshare since the 1980s, but it no longer serves any purpose for us. We're sincerely grateful that you've provided us with a solution, especially when the resort couldn't.

Finally a company we can trust

We have been burned in the past by several companies promising to sell our timeshare… none of those companies ever sold our timeshare. We decided to take a different route. We found out this was an attorney based service and we were helped throughout the whole process. Nothing to say but great things about this company. Thank you
