I am writing to share our experience working with Eric Fong during the process of arranging our wills and lasting powers of attorney, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
From our very first meeting, Eric was professional, approachable, and incredibly clear. We found the whole subject of wills and legal documentation quite daunting and were worried it would be complicated or difficult to understand. Eric immediately put us at ease. He took the time to listen carefully to our wishes and explained every step in plain, straightforward language, making sure we fully understood all our options and the implications of every decision we made.
His expertise as a Senior Solicitor was evident throughout. He provided thoughtful, practical advice tailored exactly to our personal and family circumstances, ensuring that everything was structured in the most secure and efficient way possible. He was patient with our questions and never made us feel rushed, even when we needed to go back and clarify details.
Communication was excellent; he kept us updated regularly on progress, responded promptly to emails and calls, and guided us smoothly through every stage until everything was properly drafted, checked, and signed.
