My wife and I needed to complete 'Power of Attorney' for each of us. Samantha fully explained, in clear jargon free language, the detail of the requirements and how the POA works. The fees for both POAs were also provided.

We never felt rushed and both my wife and I felt far more wiser after the initial face-to-face meeting.

In due course we received full drafts of the POA documents, with a final meeting at Aberdein Considine office to sign the final documents.

I can't put into words how wonderful the staff at Aberdein Considine Westhill have been at selling my property. All the girls in the office couldn't have done enough. Sarah, Samantha, Gillian, Tessa, Amy, Val and my wee friend Morgan who had the patience of a saint with me. From start to finish they informed me of viewings, offers and the final sale. Only thing that I would suggest maybe be tweeked would be the fact that there is no out of office phone number to call should someone make an appointment to view and then be unable to attend. This only happened once to us on the Sunday but there was no way for them to let anyone know or no way for me to find out if they were coming or not.
I highly recommend Aberdein Considine if selling your house, you won't be disappointed! Big thank you to you all !

Everything was straight forward, seamless experience. This is my second time using Aberdein Considine and all sides from selling agent, solicitors and mortgage advisor have been so helpful!
