The whole team was professional, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. They made everything clear, answered all of our questions promptly, and guided us through each step of the finance application and enrolment.
A special thank you to Ana and Simeon. They were both incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive. Their support, kindness, and professionalism made a stressful process much easier, and we always felt that we were in good hands.

Good service but staff need to be more knowledgeable
The only reason I have rated access fertility a 3-star rather than a 5 is due to the delay I experienced in my loan application (which further delayed my treatment)due to conflicting/misleading information from the initial staff I spoke to. Some of their staff need to have a better understanding of how things work and as such dish out the right information to clients in order to mitigate delays. On that note, I want to publicly commend a certain staff - Simone (senior patient Advisor) who was very helpful during the process. Unfortunately I forgot to request his surname. That gentleman is an absolute credit to your team.

I had great experience with access fertility. I worried about if i can afford ivf, but with programmes they offer it gave me piece of mind. I got pregnant and have baby boy.

Don’t expect any care
Such a mixed one from me. We did the 3 round 50% refund package and very happily we had our son after our second egg retrieval and second frozen transfer. In terms of value for money, bearing in mind this is an insurance product, we found it good and it definitely took some of the financial stress out of ivf. In terms of the company we didn’t have a great experience. As reviews have stated we found the qualification onerous and the call about which packages we were eligible for very cold and heartless. Their policies are also very restrictive. When we signed up we had to do a fresh transfer in each round. After our first round had no blastocysts, we were advised by our clinic to aim for a freeze all for my mental health (taking drugs you don’t need isn’t fun for anyone). Luckily access agreed but it was a bit of a journey to get there. Overall I would recommend the package in certain circumstances but maybe not through access unless you accept they’re a bit of an uncaring insurance salesman.

It wasnt easy to pay on the app so I had to send a bank transfer which took several days to show up which feels like forever when you're waiting to get started with something so important and paying a lot of money. The discount is also no where near what is advertised. The stars I have given are for the very helpful staff.
